"We have visited the Pub for both breakfast and lunch. Unfortunately today we visited for lunch and had a terrible experience. Service was very slow. It appears that both their servers and kitchen are very understaffed. My wife had a chicken Caesar salad. The chicken was very tough and was even difficult to cut with a knife. The order was supposed to include a roll that never arrived. I ordered a burrito salad which was served without salsa nor sour cream. When I requested these condiments I was given a very small plastic container of each. We live in Keene and won't be visiting again."

I found a large bug in my soup. The restaurant was rundown and unclean, and the bathroom was particularly dirty. I would never return there again.

The staff was very friendly, and the food was enjoyable! I visited recently for breakfast, so I don't have too much to share, but I definitely want to go back! View menu

I've been visiting this restaurant since my parents brought me here when I was just a baby. It has a warm, welcoming atmosphere, and everyone is so friendly! I really enjoy dining here whenever I have the chance.

I looked at the menu online and expected the pricing to be correct. It cost $20 more than it should have. When I called about it, they brushed me off and obviously knew about the discrepancy. I told them that it’s shady and they said they will mention it to their manager. That’s terrible business. Every single item was at least a dollar more than specified. I don’t recommend this business at all. View menu

To their credit, there is a notice on the front door informing customers about the price changes, which seem to reflect an overall increase of about 20-25%. For example, the small container of maple syrup was $1.75 during our last visit just a month ago, and now it's $2.50. These price hikes have made it unlikely that we will return to The Pub, as there are cheaper and equally tasty options in Keene.

Our first time eating at The Pub was last weekend. I got a geek salad the dressing was delicious! My husband had the lamb gyro which he said was wonderful. The staff here was so very kind! A sweet lady got us right in an already packed restaurant with a smile and warm greeting. She held the door open for us when we left and made sure we liked our meal. Our waiter was great, too. Kindness is just as important to us as the food… We will definitely be back to try different things on the menu.

"First impressions. I like brick oven pizza and this was in fact what I'd expect out of Brick Oven pizza. The crust of the regular crust is crispy and slightly blackened as you would expect. The pizza was prepared neatly and had adequately dispersed toppings so you didn't miss anything with each bite.Flavor and consistency. The crust was a little thin for my personal taste which is the only reason why I personally wouldn't give it 5 stars, but that doesn't detract from the quality. It was evenly cooked and delicious. The SAUCE though, best sauce I have had on a pizza in some time. I ended up eating the entire small pizza in an evening.Gluten free. The gluten free crust was different though and I understand it is likely because it was gluten free, but the crust was soggy and wet. I'm sure it would have held together better if there were a binding agent such as cheese at the top of the pizza, but unfortunately no vegan cheese options are offered. However, this again doesn't detract from my personal rating as I do not have such dietary restrictions and I understand the added expense, lack of consumption, and short shelf life of vegan cheeses typically limits these options, but I feel that it should be mentioned.I only live about 6 minutes away and had no stops from the shop to home, so I wouldn't expect time to be a factor in this. It was still hot when we began eating.Ultimately, I would eat here again, but it would be a place that I personally would go out of my way for. If you read this, take it with a grain of salt. It is excellent pizza, just not my preferred style."
