"Worst customer experience ever. Waiting at the front to be even talked to for 30 min while not even a Hello every time I tried to talk to them about how to be seated because this was my first time there, Saw the cooks rub their nose and still touch the burrito he was preparing this did it for me and had to walk out. Unfortunately this is a really poor condition restaurant, but I did drive 30 minutes away to the PVS GRILL IN FONTANA that was recommended to me in the first place and THAT location was 5 STARS. I would be giving san Bernardino PVS grill a THUMBS down instead of the one star if I could. Cheap diner experience for expensive prices is what I would call this place."

Great place to get your Mexican food fix. Cant say it's as good as my mom's or grandma's cooking, but it pretty close. Love their Cocktel de Camarón.

The food was pretty good, and the service during lunch was okay. I wouldn't recommend coming here if you're on a tight lunch schedule. The chips and salsa were delicious, and the staff was very friendly and helpful. View menu

Absolute BEST enchilada sauce I've ever had. I couldn't decide between red or green. Their salsa is a perfect balance of flavors and the table side guacamole is obviously fresh and delicious (not to mention gorgeous)

Worst place ever. Not worth the drive. Waited 20 minutes before I was even looked at and then ignored for another 15. Ended up walking out and not ones did I get talked to or acknowledged. Drove 35 minutes to the NORTH FONTANA Location and was greeted and welcomed right away.

My friends and I were visiting from out of town. We visited twice to this restaurant because the service and food was excellent. Our server was Yessica. She was very helpful, gave great suggestions and had a wonderful bright attitude. They have fresh made tortillas and all their tacos taste amazing. They also have amazing hot sauces! View menu

The customer service at this restaurant was excellent. However, there were very few customers and that should have been a warning sign. Unfortunately, when I received my meal, the meat was bad. My daughter's $11 nachos were microwaved and stale. The only good things were the salsa and the water. I will not be returning to this restaurant.

After graduating, I went to this restaurant with my friends based on a recommendation. I have to say that the service was excellent. The servers were extremely attentive and made sure we always had our drinks and chips. The food was delicious and I was pleasantly surprised. They also had a great selection of tequila. Unfortunately, I was unable to try the desserts that day.
