There was no waiting time for lunch. Our waitress was good and the food was good. My mom and I were sitting right in front of the kitchen. There was an employee who was loud when he left the kitchen, and the loud music that came out was not really appropriate that I could not really hear my mother. Total good experience.

We went here for a late lunch 7/17/22. Yes they were short staffed. Which is very common everywhere. Our server was amazing ! He had 2 rooms of tables. He was busting his butt taking care of everyone. While being very polite. Hands down one of the best lunches we have had out as a family in a while. Kudos to our server!!

The interior designer that put this all together needs an A+! Seriously they coolest place I've been to in a while. I got a kick out of the gas pump door handles. The orange cream soda was made with care and the old fashion way! The chipotle quesadilla looked as good as it tastes ?? Can't wait to come back and bring my boys next time.

Tonight, 6/3/22, the staff was excellent. The young lady working as hostess was very sweet and she kept busy between seating customers. Our waitress, Niki, was also great! She kept our drinks full without us having to ask! The other waitress working in our area also seemed attentive and the bus boy was quick when a table cleared! Great job everyone keep up the good work!

I finally decided to try Quaker Steak & Lube, and it exceeded my expectations! The garlic-crusted cheese curds were absolutely amazing—what more can I say? Was honestly an awful experience. My girlfriend ordered a burger and wanted it medium rare. The waitress brought it back saying, they got it as close to medium rare as possible . Let me tell you, there was no pink whatsoever. The milkshake was full of icechunks, the fries were covered in salt, and the wings tasted absolutely terrible. Worst $70 I 've ever spent. My experience at Quaker Steak & Lube was truly disappointing. My friend ordered a medium-rare burger, but when it arrived, the waitress insisted it was as close to medium rare as possible. However, the meat had no pink at all. The milkshake was filled with ice chunks, the fries were overly salty, and the wings were simply terrible. For $70, it was the worst meal we've had. We won’t be returning. I recommend avoiding this restaurant and its menu altogether!

Honestly, I'm surprised this place is still open. I used to love this place. They still have some of the best wings around (pricing has skyrocketed however) but everything else has completely lost all of it's quality. The service was pretty shoddy. The magna fries appetizer was an abomination of what it once was (see photo). Just overall not happy with much of anything I've experienced the past 3 times I've gone here and it's truly upsetting because I once LOVED this place.
