The atmosphere is pleasant and not too casual. The food is surprisingly delicious for a pub. The cocktail selection is a bit small, but the options available are great. They have a wide variety of beers and whiskeys, which is impressive.

Incredible underground bar with a rich history as one of the oldest taverns in the silver spring area. Lack of televisions and alternate entertainment create an amazing environment for socializing with just about anybody there. Make you feel at home and like part of the family!

This restaurant is a dive bar, so don't expect a fancy wine cellar, white glove service, or well-lit tables. However, the food (burgers, nachos, wings, etc.) is well-prepared, tasty, and affordable. This was a cool little place that we kind of stumbled upon. A nifty funky vibe awesome food by the way. Alexander the server was scooting around the restaurant very hard worker. The food portions are definitely fair I recommend the hot wings and/or the burger that has the egg and bacon on it. I?m sure all of it?s delicious but that?s what I had. Would definitely will come here again when in town.

Great Dive Bar, keeping it real in the midst of a glass and steel downtown Silver Spring. Draft beer list of about a dozen rotates seasonally and has something for everyone. Looking for something in particular? There's a massive craft beer list! Burgers are a mainstay at QH, but try the fried onion rings too. Tater tots are surprisingly good as well. The secret? My goodness... this place was amazing. I've had their food for takeout before but never been inside. Firstly, when I arrived (my date was waiting for me) I felt kind of out of place. It's a basement place so it's daunting when you open the door you feel like the entire bar is looking at you. I didn't get time to process if I had made a good or bad decision because a shorter portly gentleman who was moving around swiftly, greeted me and gave me a calm welcoming greeting.
