"I used to attend the School of Mines, and during stressful times, I would come here to unwind. THIS IS THE ONLY RESTAURANT IN RAPID CITY WHERE YOU FEEL TRULY WELCOMED. Every time I've dined here or brought a family member or friend, we've been treated with exceptional warmth and received attentive service. David is a fantastic person to know. I love going to this restaurant, and everyone I've taken along has felt the same way. The staff genuinely stands out with their outstanding customer service. "When I was in Rapid City in June 2022, I came across A&D Jamaican Restaurant by chance on Google Maps while looking for a place to eat. I trusted the reviews here and was not disappointed. If you see this restaurant from the outside, you might not necessarily think of going in here to eat. The inside also looks very simple, not really like a restaurant. But all of this fits perfectly with this restaurant, simple, simple, great food and great, friendly service. I had chicken curry with rice, great quality, large portion. I can only recommend this Jamaican restaurant."

"I stopped here for a beer while passing through a couple weeks ago. They’re making some truly delicious brews here. They have a broad range of styles. I’ve tried their sours, porter-styles, and some of the other ales. I didn’t get to stop back by when I passed back through last night but was able to get the Bruce Banner at the Rush game at the Summit. Doing great work! Friendly bar staff. Cozy tap room.
