Armadillo's Ice Cream Shoppe offers the best sherbet ice cream in town. If you don't arrive early, you'll face a long wait, but it's absolutely worth it! I've started purchasing their sherbet by the half gallon to skip the line. The pineapple sherbet from their menu is definitely one of the best!

We ordered the Magic Brownie Sundae, and it was absolutely delicious! The portion size was generous and ideal for sharing, and the price was very reasonable. The staff was friendly, and despite the restaurant being busy, we didn’t have to wait long for our dessert. I highly recommend adding this place to your list of must-visit spots while in RC!
