"What a great place to have a wonderful dinner. By making reservations via Open Table we did not have to wait at all. My fish of the day was delicious ahi grilled as I requested, along with kale and Kalapawai's risotto. Our friends loved their entres as well. So good to have you back from the pandemic shutdown"

"We ate at Baci last night. It's better than when Bill owned it! What's better is the servings are more abundant, the recipes have been tweaked to add more interest, and, in the case of my husband's entree, the veal was a better grade of meat than what was previously used. The veal marsala was so much more tender and tasted so much better, we asked our veteran waitress, Pat, whose employment predated Bill, if it was a better grade and she said yes. My pro secco apertif was served in a new modern stylish, slender tall glass that appeared to be a larger serving than the old champagne flutes. There was considerably more home grown tomato bruschetta on top of the toasted bread rounds. My linguine con vongole in clear sauce was a more generous portion than in the past. It was considerably larger than the meager, bland portion I ate two weeks ago at Arancio at Kahala, Honolulu Magazine's Finalist for Best O'ahu Restaurant, 2018 Hale Aina Award Winner and gold winner winner in Best Italian. I really liked the tweaked insalate pere's shaved beet and carrots and my husband liked the artichokes he didn't remember seeing previously in the veal marsala. My husband ordered grappa after the meal. It was one of the cheaper options. He was prepared for moonshine. Instead, it was extremely smooth and served in glass twice as large as the size in which grappa is normally served. My profiteroles were outstanding. If you want to eat at Oahu's best Italian restaurant, this is it."

"We made a reservation for 530, showed up on time, got sat right at 530. The kids got their first course brought out right away. We asked the person that dropped the kid's appetizers out if we had to order appetizers on the app, he said we needed to order from the waitress and walked away. The kids finished their food before she came to get our drink orders, she didn't give us a chance to order our appetizers. 20 minutes later we finally got our teas and our appetizer and dinner order in. We received our appetizers and the kids got their meals. We sat for an hour and a half and never received our meals. We told the wait staff, who we had to track down, and they brought our check with no third course for the kids meals and no main course for us. We paid full price for the kids meals, even though they didn't receive their desserts. Worst experience I have ever had. Wouldn't recommend to my worst enemy. Paid $100 to leave hungry. "My experience at Willow Tree in Aikahi Shopping Center was nothing short of delightful, from the moment I stepped through the door until the last bite of my meal. As soon as I entered the restaurant, I was promptly greeted and seated, setting the tone for what would be a wonderful dining experience. Within moments of being seated, a server arrived at my table with a friendly smile and a refreshing glass of water. After taking a moment to peruse the menu, I placed my order, and to my surprise and delight, the food arrived remarkably quickly. The speed at which my meal was served was truly impressive, especially considering the high quality of the dishes. One of the standout aspects of my dining experience at Willow Tree was the exceptional taste of the food. Every dish was bursting with flavor, showcasing the skill and expertise of the kitchen staff. "Extremely high quality BBQ. If you're a fan of American BBQ, this is a must-do. Their meats are incredibly smoked and seasoned. Their sauces are home-made and are some of the best I've had in the world. The sides are to die for and their drinks are delicious. Take the break from the amazing seafood and cuisine in this state and you will NOT be disappointed. Brisket lovers, rejoice! This place does it as well as the best of the best in the country.
