They hardly never answer the phone when we try to call to place a takeout order!! Ive tried 8 times in the last two hours!!!!! I tried 2 different days last week and no one would answer!!!!!! View menu

Way too expensive. For years it's been an expensive place to eat and there are better buffet choices for less money and better quality food. Expect to spend 20 bucks to eat a lunch buffet with a soda or tea. Then you can tip if you had any sort of friendly service.

The person that took my order had a smile on her face and she took the time out to repeat my order back to me to make sure that she had it right. The food was hot and delicious. The people that were waiting for their orders were friendly also. Service: Take out Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

We had to have some wind therapy and good food so we got on our motorcycles and hit the road. Ralph's was the destination. Great food, customer, service and price. Very friendly atmosphere. This place was a waste of time and money. Most of the food was from a box or a can! The chicken was bland, some seasoning was on the skin. How do you mess up macaroni and cheese??? It was bland from a box with slices of cheese melted over it! The bbq was ketchup based with a little honey, not real bbq sauce! The fried catfish lacked the catfish, it was mostly batter. Where was the bbq chicken, ribs and other staples that make a bbq? The only food worth eating was the mashed potatoes and gravy, the popcorn shrimp and the minced coleslaw was ok.
