Food was amazing. Good service. Good drinks. Music was v weird and out of place. Definitely recommend this place but maybe change up that dad rock playlist a bit.

Impeccable service. Every piece of food and drink was carefully constructed to perfection. Servers were knowledgeable on the process and optimal blending of flavors. There is nothing I can think of that they could improve upon. We will return.

I went to this restaurant on Christmas Eve and was impressed by the outstanding service, delicious charcuterie, and wonderful wine choices. However, I was let down by the braised beef ravioli, as the noodles were undercooked and chewy, and the dish lacked flavor. View menu

We had a wonderful Christmas Eve dinner at RARE and would like to give a quick shoutout to Beatriz for making our evening special. She was clearing our plates but left a lasting impression with her great conversation skills and ability to answer our questions about the dessert menu. Well worth the money. This restaurant exceeded our expectations. The service was great, atmosphere was fun and romantic, and the food was amazing. We were raving about it to our friends. We had the pork belly, dry aged new york strip and the lobster risotto. All were amazing. We also loved that we could get a carafe of wine, felt like we were back in Italy.

I had the best steak at this restaurant in Fort Collins. We enjoyed the Florentine Steak with potatoes and sautéed spinach, and it was absolutely delicious. The cocktails, Tempest and Indigo Aviator, were also amazing. Our server, Jonny, was fantastic - attentive, polite, and had just the right amount of presence. My party experienced a long wait for service, but the waiter apologized and it did not affect our overall experience. We ordered the dry-aged hamburger from the happy hour menu, which was both affordable and delicious. I also tried the ragú, which was a decent dish with well-prepared pasta, though the sauce and meat were just okay. I found the overall dish slightly bland, but appreciated the standout rosemary flavor. The restaurant itself is stunning, and I enjoyed the peaceful, non-noisy atmosphere.

Had a fantastic dinner with friends here, great atmosphere, the steaks were incredible, the pasta was amazing and the wine was the perfect pairing (and 50% off on Sundays! . Our server and food was excellent (which is what matters most , the service for anything else was a little shy of excellent. Our appetizer came with 3 pieces of bread for a table of 4 adults, we asked for additional bread and it took 15 minutes and when our food was boxed up they didn’t include the extra butter nor the vegetables. Otherwise, excellent restaurant and would definitely eat here again!

I need to update my review, and don't get me wrong, we absolutely love RARE. This was our seventh visit. On Monday, December 11, 2023, at 8:00 PM (I'm including the date and time as I know the restaurant has cameras and might want to verify this themselves), we arrived to celebrate my pregnant wife's birthday, her favorite place. We had a reservation and were initially seated at a table near the reception, close to the front door. Unfortunately, the height of the table was uncomfortable for my wife as it pressed against her belly.
