Red Robin - Menu

My family and I came to this Red Robin for lunch a few days ago. The service was horrible. A girl bringing the drinks spilled on me 3 times. My family member ordered a Coke and never got a refill. We ordered burgers with bottomless fries never asked if we wanted a refill.

I enjoyed my onion rings, margarita and mushroom burger and Emily is awesome. Thanks for the great service and I really enjoyed the decor! Came with my 2 daughters for my birthday and it national milkshake day for 2 dollars each. Sorry Sir only one milkshake allowed with promo. Ok. Give me only one and which hamburgers ? are for the free birthday reward for loyalty members ? sorry Sir. Either the only milkshake or the birthday hamburger!! You chose. I dump them and left !! I ordered my food from this specific location through UberEats. I ate about 2/3 of my burger when I found, what I initially thought was, a hair in my burger. As I lifted the tomato, I noticed it was in pretty deep and the hair got thicker and thicker towards the end. After uncovering the rest of the hair, I saw what looked like 2+ inch cockroach antenna. Needless to say, it was so unbelievably disgusting; I will no longer be ordering from this place again

Sad to say I worked there, the back is always disgusting, and the management is very biased towards people they like, and if you aren 't in the group you aren 't Important. I worked there for 17.50 (which is good) but I know others that made 14 who had worked there before and came back, Also the person that said there is a child predator was right, the men in the management are disrespectful, disgusting, and give you the vibe of if they had the chance they would take it, I am a married women, who also had my wife work there, and they would still hit on me because I look more feminine. Just wanted to leave a great review for the AGM Brian Johnson and our server Kaitlyn. They did a fantastic job.Our meal took a little longer than expected which wasn 't a big deal for us, since it was a Saturday night. However, Mr. Johnson personally brought our food to us, and profusely apologized for the delay. He then told us to have dessert on the house . I must say, the dessert WAS delicious, even though we had trouble finishing it all, since the burgers themselves were LARGE (and amazing! This was very excellent service. Way to go Mr. Johnson and Ms. Kaitlyn. We hope you get notified of our review. Give them a bonus!

Best part of this place is hands down the service. Mike helped us today on lunch shift around 2pm, and he was honestly flawless. Can tell he is experienced, and trained well. I'll be honest, this is the most consistent restaurant we frequent when it comes to help. Either they are the luckiest restaurant in history, we come at the perfect time, or the trainer is top notch. I'm gonna say it's the server manager.The food is consistent, and usually pretty good. They have their moments, typically more kitchen issues. But I'm giving 5 stars because of service. Honestly we have been here a lot (my daughter's fav place) and it's 90/10 on service.... Restaurant average in the area is more like 60/40....

My husband and I ate there last week with the grandchildren. We had a pretty good experience, but I wouldn't say I was overly thrilled. I think my initial contact with the waitress wasn't too good, but it seemed to get better as time went along. I was excited about the amount of food on the childrens plates and the amount of milk they got with their Kid's Meal, that was really good. Also, they seemed to really like their food and that was a plus. I loved their Onion Rings and would give them a five (5, but my husband didn't like them as much. He did really enjoy the Boomerang Sauce (I think that's what it's called with them and he made positive comments about that. He really liked his hambur... View menu
