"Food is great, as is the service... usually. On several previous visits, the kitchen was short-staffed. Sometimes we were notified of this and sometimes not. This is an ownership problem and a leadership problem. Your staff and customers should not suffer for the owner's lack of planning and preparation. Being short staffed is not a unicorn and a common occurrence. Hire extra staff, pay your people more, or contain your tables to people you can serve well instead of serving many guests poorly. Also, the green peppers on our pizza were bitter and tasted like they were dipped in battery acid."

If you want pizza on Friday or Saturday night, go to DaVinci beside L Taco and Arnolds. My pizza from Red Tomato was a little overcooked, and it definitely wasn't a large pizza. The only thing they could say to me was sorry, and I really like eating here. It's a shame I had to experience this.
