"We went on a weekend evening after seeing numerous positive yelp reviews. The restaurant was full and apparently understaffed, so the service was a little uneven but very accommodating. We started with shared calamari which was under-seasoned but crispy. Given a fairly mediocre start we had limited expectations for our entrees, lamb chops and flap steak. After a wait our entrees arrived and they were spectacular......the lamb was done perfectly rare-medium-rare resting over artichoke hearts, black olives, tomatoes and baby potatoes. Served with freshly made bread perfect for absorbing the delicious sauce. The steak arrived well-done, as ordered, with baked cauliflower and a custard mac and cheese that was unique and delicious. It was as delicious as it was unexpected. The menu ranges from sandwiches to pastas to lamb chops. Don't be fooled by the unpretentious interior, the chefs skills and palette are on point. And according to our lovely host, they were having an off-night, short-staffed and overrun by a full house and numerous take out orders."

Just your average brunch menu with omelettes, pancakes, and French toast options. Nothing too extraordinary.

Terrific menu, small but intriguing. Great sevice from Victoria and everyone. It is smallish and has a very fun atmosphere. 5 star place for Roger Spark! Guillermo View menu

This is a new restaurant in my neighborhood and it is very good. The food is good. The only drawback is for now you have to bring your own liquor. Still I highly recommend it.

Rogue Fusion has the warmest, most personable server on the North Side. Plus, we loved all 5 variety of tacos. And don't miss the crab beignet appetizer! Next time, we'll try the pastas; they looked good too! View menu

Rogue Fusion serves delicious thoughtfully prepared food! Our server was sincerely friendly and enthusiastic. The restaurant needs to work on its timing. We waited forever between appetizers and entrees, and finally had to get it to go so we wouldn't be late for our show. I will definitely go back!

This is a wonderful neighborhood restaurant. WE have been there before and will return. The service is friendly and informative and the food is extremely good. It is well prepared, attractive on the plate, tasty and very high quality. Close yur eyes and pretend that you are in a very expensive restaurant. But the prices are very ressonable. And there is a wide selection of items on a small menu.

"Tempesta is arguably one of the best sandwich shops in the city. They make a lot of their meats in house and use high quality ingredients so you know you’re getting the good stuff. Not only can you get a great sandwich, you can purchase most of their meats to go as well as other small artisanal grocery items. I have tried almost every sandwich they have on the menu but my top two choices would be the #1 The Dante and the #2 Yo! Vincenzo! The Dante is their version of a classic Italian sandwich but a bit on the spicier side. The Yo Vincenzo is a chicken parm and I personally think it’s the best chicken parm sandwich in the city. The chicken is perfectly crispy, and they use just the right amount of sauce where it doesn’t get soggy. Both of these sandwiches come on their fresh baguette which helps set them apart from other sandwich spots in Chicago just because of how good it is. The B Franklin is also a great option, and if you’re starving get the Wagyu Pastrami but be warned it is a very heavy sandwich because of that Wagyu. The last pro tip I’ll add in here is order your sandwich ahead of time if you’re doing takeout. This is a very popular spot and is always busy during the lunch rush so if you wait to order until you arrive you may need to wait for 10-15 minutes. That should speak to how good this place is because it’s in such high demand, so if you’re in Chicago make sure you stop in!"
