"My husband enjoyed Rolled Ice Cream a lot, because I know my husband, and I made sure to get all his favorite things. Me, on the other hand......I was so mad! I really wanted a mango sherbet type of ice cream and I was craving sweets so much that night. Look, I had no idea what Chamoy was. That's my fault, then. But jeez dude I wish so badly that there were pictures, because I just felt so regretful when it arrived. The only thing that made that flavor bearable was how much fruit boba that I put on it. It was Chili Powder Ice Cream on a night I was really craving sweets. Ugh!!!!!Look maybe I'm the dork for not knowing what Chamoy was. But that flavor was really awful. Really bitter, I couldn't finish it, I felt like I wasted my money, and my husband had to comfort me because I was JUST SO MAD. ‍ Again, my husband loved his cotton candy sprinkle paradise combo that I got him, but I didn't love this place at all, and the result of this whole ordeal is that I most likely will not be ordering again from here."

Never been to a rolled ice cream place, and I am amazed. The flavor and texture was great! I recommend to give it a try.

This place has great and interesting ways of making ice cream! Only downside is there isn't very much seating inside. Definitely recommend.

Although under staffed, the employees were very kind even though it was busy. They were professional and made our orders as requested. Cool place to just say you experienced it! View menu

The people here are extremely nice and love the ice cream and experience. And extremely well priced for what you get. This is my favorite spot in the northwest part of Vegas to get ice cream!

Great experience very fancy way of making ice cream right in front of you. They really put on a show and it was ABSOLUTELY DELICIOUS! Will definitely be returning for their excellent rolled ice cream

They need to update their hours. They are closed on Monday. Says open on Yelp. Their door hours say open on Monday 2-9. But they closed. They have a paper up saying that they are closed on Monday now. View menu

Be careful ordering online. They have their hours set to 9pm on Google and their website. We ordered two ice creams, went on our way to pick them up around 7pm and the store is closed. No sign or indication online. No way to get our order, and no way to get a refund.

Okay first off I'm totally in shock over some of these bad reviews! This place is probably one of my favorite ice cream places! There's endless ways to customize your rolled ice cream plus it's SUPER clean , friendly staff and the vibe is so fun and upbeat ! Some of the staff even does tricks with the tools they use to roll the icecream it's so cool ! I would 10/10 recommend if you're looking for some yummy fresh but also not too rich in flavor of ice cream. The experience alone is awesome !

"Entry: We entered Oscar's via the front entrance of The Plaza at the West end of Fremont Street. Off to the left near the entrance is the escalator that leads you to their second floor. When we entered we were immediately greeted and seated by a friendly hostess. We requested a table with a view and she definitely obliged. Atmosphere:The ambience at Oscar's is about as good as you can get in downtown Las Vegas. Centered in a large and beautifully tinted glass dome you get panoramic views of downtown LV and even the sky. Service:The service was a spectacular star experience with our waiter. Our water and drinks were never empty. He was attentive, professional and friendly. Food Drink:The food was very good but not quite up to star. The Chilean Sea Bass was the full fish with skin which is quite different than how most steakhouses prepare just a single filet. It was supposed to be deboned however we found bones while eating. The skin on the filet should be crispy throughout but was only so around the edges. Definitely overpriced for the quality of this meal. The salmon was decent but not amazing. Overcooked just a smidge and not seasoned very well. So pretty much tasted like any other salmon you might expect from a or star restaurant. The filet mignon was decent but probably not even in my top The cut was more fatty than what you would expect from a high end steakhouse and not marbleized. I ordered it medium, and as many steakhouse chefs struggle with cooking a filet properly it was cooked to order on the edges and pretty much completely rare on the inside. The grilled asparagus was likely the high point of the dinner. Was cooked to perfection and tender in the middle, crispy on the edges. The creamed spinach wasn't great. The spinach was undercooked and affected the smooth consistency that you should expect from a good cream spinach.Overall:Definitely worth trying for the experience but don't set your bar too high"
