"Haven’t been to New York since the pandemic started so I was excited to try a new place and reconnect with my friends. Worst decision ever as we were rudely spoken to by the bartender and had to bus our own table the whole entire time. Useless place if you have a party of more than 2. We were there for brunch and were going to order mad food but had to sit at a small high table for our party but those tables were excluded from service? Best burger in the city. Seriously. They’re so good. Also the polenta bread with calibrian chili butter is divine! Also highly recommend the dry Szechuan cabbage. It’s a winter menus item, and so good!

Great! Food was all delicious, they are slightly smaller portions but that just means you get to try more! Also very attentive friendly service, and went out of there way to be accommodating to our toddler. Even had coloring sheets and crayons. Will definitely be back. View menu

I want to love it, but it's over-hyped with the “Gramercy Tavern Alumni”. I've had to send back food for being undercooked (raw pork) and for being overcooked “Wagyu” Hanger Steak. Otherwise the food is fine, but nothing to write home about. I really do wish it was better.

The food and ambiance is cozy, comforting and delicious! Parking can be difficult, so allow yourself 15 minutes or more depending if weekday and if it’s dinner time. It’s very residential. Waitstaff and Hostess are warm, welcoming and knowledgeable on the menu. Packed house! Diverse patrons. We were late for our reservation, but they were understanding. Grabbing our server was a slight challenge, but not too difficult. Just be alert! They move!

When me and my coworker first arrived we weren't greeted, so we walked to the other side of the restaurant to see if we can see a menu and, then we was then directed to the counter we waited to be attended or even just greeted. We asked for a menu and was told that whatever was on the front of the counter is all they have, so we walked away; I guess they don't like attending people who they felt they needed to lower themselves to because of their own personal ego that was never healed. After going to Rolos 3x, twice for dinner and once for drinks, here is my take on the place. I honestly think that this restaurant is surviving because of its location. The food, and drinks aren't worth the price IMO. But its Ridgewood, so its sort of the only option in the area. Their affogato is great Presentation and taste is generally lacking in the dishes I have ordered. Staff is nice, but dressed down. This is a nice concept in Ridgewood, but definitely priced like a Williamsburg restaurant. The dishes are thoughtful yet simple. We decided for a pasta night. We started with mortadella and polenta bread. The mortadella is made in house and served on a platter. The polenta bread is nice and fluffy. I wish the mortadella came with some crusty bread. The mains we had the two sheet lasagna, the carbonara special and the grilled greens. The theme of the dinner was definitely salt. I love things sa … – show
