"It seems Ruby Tuesday's is undergoing a makeover, but they might want to start by improving their staff. Our group of five adults and two children placed our drink orders, only to see them left sitting on the counter while we waited for about 10 minutes. During that time, our server spent time chatting with her co-workers while our drinks remained untouched. We also had to ask for napkins, even though it was obvious we needed extra for the kids. We opted for the salad bar and mini burger combo, but the burgers arrived burnt and the fries were cold. Overall, the experience was terrible, and I won’t be coming back."
