Very disappointed, I ordered a smash burger and thinking it would be smashed, but is was almost raw, very bad and I couldn't eat it

Disgusting!!! Ruby Tuesday's needs to be closed. Hair was in my food. I got sick after eating. This place is the worst!! The restaurant was dirty and people not following rules to use gloves at salad bar. I would have given them no stars if I could. Ugh!!!!!

Ok, after some of the not so good reviews , we were a little nervous coming here, but it was all good from the moment we came through the door. The server, Zarayan, was fantastic. He was a great server. I had the 16oz T-Bone. It was really good, cooked to medium rare perfection. The other was a mushroom smashed burger. Everything was very nice. My wife and I stopped here during a recent trip. We've eaten at this chain in our home town (Memphis) and other places many times and I'm happy to report the quality of food and service appears to be high across the country. We had a chicken parmesan dinner and a half-rack of ribs. The ribs are very good, and coming from Memphis I believe I have high standards for such. The service was quick, efficient and friendly.

Since Farm Fresh has closed on Military Hwy, Ruby Tuesday has become my go-to for salad! I usually visit once a week just for the salad bar, which is consistently fresh. While I could make a salad at home, I can't replicate the amazing croutons and balsamic vinaigrette they offer. The woman at the bar is exceptional; it’s like she has eight arms! She expertly manages the bar, phone calls, and takeout orders all at once.

It's Sunday and only waited under 5 min then was seated. Our waitress was was cute. Got our drinks and the boy proceeded to the salad bar! I felt like a burger today. Their balsamic vinaigrette is super good too. I picked at his for a minute. I'm having the Mac n chz burger that's limited time on the menu. Figure it's worth a try. Haven't been here in years it's never at the top of my list. Walked in and was not greeted though employees were around until I made eye contact with one and she then addressed. Our waitress might be new, she seemed confused on where to seat us. Regardless, she was kind. We did the lunch combo a side, which was a pretty good price of $15 for two people. Not sure if it's because they weren't busy, but employees were constantly tending to the salad bar. The entree was a good lunch sized portion, the broccoli and cheddar soup was good but kinda thick. Low lighting throughout the restaurant.

Overall, my experience was positive as long as you keep your expectations in check. Like many Ruby Tuesday locations, the menu features a wide range of familiar options, showcasing a variety of fried dishes that include steaks, burgers, and shrimp. I opted for the steak, ribs, and shrimp platter, which was satisfactory. The ribs were notably well-prepared, with the meat falling off the bone. Was it the best steak I've ever had? Not quite, but it was decent and I had no significant complaints. Our server was attentive and quick with our requests, especially when it came to refilling our beers. I ordered the all-you-can-eat salad, along with grilled salmon served with rice and vegetables. While I don’t usually seek out typical American cuisine, I have to say that my meal was spot on. The combination of the rice, salmon, and veggies was exactly what I needed. For dessert, I tried the chocolate lava cake, but since I’ve been on a diet avoiding added sugar, it turned out to be sweeter than I preferred. However, the highlight of our visit was our server.
