"My fiancé and I visit this restaurant after every Saints home game, and I also bring my employees here to celebrate our Christmas/End of Year dinner. Unfortunately, the quality has been decreasing more and more with each visit. This Sunday, we received what looked like a hot dog bun as bread, a clear downgrade from the usual. The salad portion was smaller than expected, served on a plate instead of the usual bowl. The mashed potatoes were lukewarm, and the creamed spinach was watery and undercooked. While the service was slower than normal, our waiter Joe was very nice and accommodating, which was a bright spot in the evening. It’s disappointing to see a place we’ve regularly enjoyed declining in quality, and I hope it returns to its former standard soon."

The calamari and shrimp cocktail were good. All three of us ordered ribeyes. Two med-rare and one medium. They were over cooked. We sent them back and they were over cooked again. We had to ask for bread three times. Terrible experience. They ended up taking the steaks off the bill. Ruth Cris never again. View menu

We went for our anniversary, and from the moment we walked in we had the best customer service from everyone we came into contact with. Marcus was the best waiter we’ve ever had, in multiple states. He was so helpful and knowledgeable. The food was AMAZING! BBQ shrimp and a 40oz porterhouse. Cooked to perfection. Thank yall for making our anniversary night so special! We will def be back!

Im a loyal ruths chris customer. Ive been going for 30+ years. Ive never had an experience like this before. The service was absolutely horrible. The restaurant was not busy. We waited almost 40 minutes for soup and salad. Didnt get our entrees until 90 minutes after sitting down. waitstaff seemed uninterested in doing their work. Ignoring us at all costs. I was so anxious to leave that I finally told the server to bring the entrees, dessert and check out all at once, and she listened to none of it. I got up to find a manager and there wasn’t one in site. I hope the restaurant sees this and makes it right.
