"This is my go to! Love the food here. The staff is friendly and your order comes quickly, so it's great for lunch breaks from work.The place is bright and nicely decorated. The ambiance is very casual. The parking isn't a problem usually.The calamari is sooooooooo good. So much flavor, definitely something to order at every visit. It smells as savory as it tastes. Their Thai tea with boba is a delicious treat. This place can get busy on those cold days when soup is very much needed. I've been coming here for years and they never disappoint!"

My wife got very sick after eating the orange chicken. A few hours after eating here she was up vomiting all night long. If a restaurant followed prescribed cleaning procedures this wouldn’t happen.

I've been here multiple times and have had a mixed experience in terms of food quality and service. The staff themselves are always friendly and helpful. However, I've had some issues with the to-go order being correct. I actually prefer their rice and stir fry specials over the noodle soups, the sandwiches and coffee are always good as well.

The food at this restaurant is delicious. My favorite is the special Pho with a side of satay chili oil, while my daughter always insists on getting egg rolls and Pho with meatballs. The service can be inconsistent, with our orders sometimes coming out quickly and other times taking a while. The restaurant is clean and typically not very busy when we visit.

We absolutely love the food at this restaurant. It's fresh, authentic, and the best pho we have ever had. The beef broth is incredibly comforting. This is our favorite spot for a delicious, home-cooked dinner. Our go-to dishes are the lemongrass chicken, spring rolls, and beef pho. The portion sizes are quite generous. The service can be a bit slow at times, but it's not too much of an issue. We dine in and get takeout from here at least once a month.

Shortly after, I received a call from the lady at Saigon, who, despite being confident they had included everything, wanted to make amends by reimbursing me for the missing item. I was impressed by their willingness to ensure customer satisfaction. I thanked her for her efforts and expressed my gratitude for the follow-up. Although not necessary due to the refund from Ubereats, I appreciated the gesture. The Pho I ordered was delicious, but it was the outstanding customer service that earned this restaurant a well-deserved 5-star rating.
