Saiko-i Sushi Lounge Hibachi

Absolute favorite place! Joey, Tim, Hans, and Tony are incredible. The bar is the place to be with the best people, great food, and happy hour deals you can’t beat. This has been a regular place for me and I can’t rave about it enough.Food: 5/5

We had a wonderful night out celebrating the twins' 12th birthday, and it was an amazing experience. The hibachi chef was outstanding and prepared a delicious meal for our group of ten. He made sure we all had more than enough to eat, and everything was cooked to perfection.

This is my second visit to this location. The restaurant has a nice atmosphere, but the food doesn't stand out. I don't think I'll return after today. I enjoy hibachi restaurants for the overall experience, but this one is not my favorite. The fried rice was lacking in flavor. I would rate the food 3 stars out of 5. View menu

Poor management, unsmiling staff and terrible food. What a disappointment. The management stands around doing nothing, while the staff forgets the soup and salad. When you remind them only half the salads are brought out. the Hibachi show is the worst I have ever seen. The quality of the steak is not good at all. Overall and expensive disappointment. A total waste of time and money.

I am a fan of Saiko-I. The food, the taste, the place, the service always were simply awesome; but yesterday at night during my dinner with my fiancee, we saw a very disgraceful scene in the hosting area; when a restaurant's manager with a very aggressive attitude was screamed against some customers, apparently because their were claiming some bad behaviors and discrimination of this manager. Never see something like this in this great place to eat. Definitely, this issue is making a bad reputation for Saiko-I, and we are thinking in come back there, at least they do not expose anymore this bad attitude to us, the customers. Hoping they can fix this, so it never happen s again.

Horrible First Time Experience. It was my sons bday and after several calls on assuring a great experience, the manager sits us in an overcrowded table facing the bus station and the opening to the table with bus boys etc entering ... We asked him to move , we were told "it 's everybody "s bday "Yours no special . We proceeded to leave the restaurant when another manager proceeded to accommodate us to another table suited for dinning. We had appetizers and they were great. We made reservations in advance and ate dinner last night at Saiko. The service by our waitress was the worst I've experienced anywhere in a long time. She refused to seat our party until every single person arrived, then was beyond rude to us, ordering drinks and food. She hushed us, was rude in all interactions, and was the least hospitable server we have ever encountered. Service was beyond slow. Items forgotten and missed. Four of the people in our party weren't given soup and salad and after they reminded multiple times it was finally brought out after they were eating their hibachi food and rice. I made a reservation for 6:30 for 10 people and they gave up our seat. Everyone except the driver of the car was on time. He was 2 min (maximum) late due to poor parking availability. I think it's important to mention my 90 year old grandpa, in a wheelchair, with several health conditions was there 15 minutes early and they still wouldn't let them sit early. went here on a monday night for dinner as a party of 3. we were sat promptly and the hosts were very kind and welcoming. we were sat and waited a while for our server to come, probably about 10-15 minutes even though the restaurant was not busy. our server finally came and was in a rush to get our order even if we weren’t ready. i ended up ordering less than i would have because of this (thankfully). all of the food came correctly and was just alright. everything came at the appropriate temperatures, we ordered both from the kitchen and the sushi bar. the food quality has definitely gone down hill, i have not been here in a while and the food used to be much better. everything is also WAY mo...
