"This restaurant used to have a high 5-star rating, but not anymore. We placed an order for delivery and waited over an hour without receiving our meal. When we called the restaurant, they said they didn't have time to check the delivery app and our order hadn't even been processed. They refused to give us a refund and suggested we pick up our food instead, which defeated the purpose of delivery. They assured us they were refunding us, but they didn't follow through. After 2.5 hours, a manager finally helped us get our order, but there was no apology for the poor service. It was a complete failure in customer service. The owner even told my husband not to return and blamed the delivery app for the mistake. We have been loyal customers for years, even during the pandemic, but this experience was a total disaster. Service and food were both rated as a 1, and we do not recommend any dishes. Meal type was dinner, with a price range of 30-50 per person."

The server spilled our miso soup, right away, but he was new and ver attentive. Quality was better before covid. Food and miso soup was cold. Sushi is still good. I have been very impressed with everything everytime I go here. I recently dined at a relaxed restaurant in a convenient location. I ordered the Vegetable Udon and was pleasantly surprised by the generous portion size. The dish was made with fresh ingredients, and the Shiitake mushrooms provided a satisfying umami flavor. Although I can't speak to the authenticity of the dish as the waitress was Chinese, I thoroughly enjoyed my meal and will definitely be returning when I'm in town. Overall, I would rate the food, service, and atmosphere a perfect 5 out of 5.
