Had a group of 6 post-meeting. Appetizers and Dinner were great. Had an issue with a steak, which they quickly offered and took off the check. 1/2 price wine by the glass (Wednesday) was great.

The atmosphere is fantastic, the service is impeccable, and there's an excellent selection of wines to pair with the ribeye. Personally, I prefer the ribeye over their prime rib. This restaurant consistently impresses me.

It is way too loud to have dinner there, lunch is ok. Big bar scene after work and you have to fight your way through to get to the outside at times. If eating dinner inside, you actually have to talk VERY loud for the person next to you to hear. Dinner food is just ok, nothing to write home about. View menu

I ordered a soufflé, what they brought me was not a soufflé. It was tasty but it was not a soufflé. It didn't fall when broken, it wasn't light then the server broke it at the table for me and poured chocolate sauce into the middle (odd). I wouldn't order it again. The meal was good I ordered steak frites and was satisfied.

I have had the chop dinner which is a double cut pork chop many times at the Salt Creek location in Rumsom NJ and have enjoyed it every time. This was our first experience with the location in Princeton, NJ. The chop was lukewarm and not up to the Rumson standard. We actually only went to Princeton because Rumson was booked up.

This is a very attractive restaurant, new and filled with warm colors, lots of wood and a fireplace. Pretty. Excellent hostess the night we were there, though our waitress was only fair. It's a very National Corporate kind of restaurant; lots of menu choices, mostly decent but nothing stellar. Thankfully, there is a full bar. Lots of free parking which is a treat for this L.A. gal. Pre -Mother's day and theater dinner. Excellent burgers, but the main room is the height of a basketball arena and while, visually pleasing, we had to shout to each other at the table. Perhaps the booths are better. Great service on a busy Saturday night and wish we had more time to linger and have dessert. Otherwise, great place for groups and good energy. Get some baffles, the place is just too darn noisy.

"When you walk in the vibe is relaxed, warm, and inviting, as if you were having dinner in a friend 's kitchen. There aren 't an overwhelming amount of choices but there is something for everyone. While you wait for your meal, enjoy the delicious flatbread. I am on a diet but everyone else loved it. What is delivered to your table is absolutely delicious. My daughter, who has eaten there before, raved about their house dressing. How excited can one get over salad dressing? It was so good. She ordered the Parpadelle Meat Sauce. She loved it. It was a lot so she took half of it home. Her boyfriend had the Apricot Walnut Salad. It looked delicious and he really enjoyed it. As I mentioned, I am on a diet so I was happy to see the variety of salads. I ordered the Pasta Fazool, yum, and the Beet Goat Cheese Salad; I added Shrimp. It was delicious, especially the shrimp, well seasoned, and they weren 't cheap on the beets or goat cheese which made me happy. It was topped with that salad dressing and, my daughter was right, it was delicious. My husband, whom we affectionately refer to as Bob the Food Snob , had the Frutta del Mar. He always sends his food back but loved this dish. The pasta is fresh, the sauce perfectly seasoned. We ended the evening with zeppole shared for the table. It comes with Nutella. My daughter 's boyfriend joked that zeppole filled with cannoli cream would be outrageously delicious. I ordered that and the Nutella. I expected the cannoli cream to be typical. It was really light. Yes, I had a taste because they were all talking about it and dessert is my thing. Brad was right, zeppole and cannoli cream is delicious. Put that on the menu! We are going back!"

"Update: 4/10/2022 Came here recently with my wife on our way back from Philly. Hadn’t been here since the pandemic and was pleasantly surprised to see that this place was still here. Ordered the same thing I always do and quality is still good. I’m so glad this little gem of a place is still in business. Prices have gone up a little but so has everything and most restaurants since the pandemic. A hidden gem. Ok, so it’s not one of those fancy Tokyo or New York quality sushi but then again, you’re not paying $500 for dinner (per person) either. I always eat the same thing here — the battered squid dinner plate or lunch, if you’re having it at lunch, with a squid roll and it comes with salad, too. My wife orders the Sushi Boy A or B. It’s a combo plate of such I. And there are lots of other great choices. So far, everyone I’ve taken there, really like the sushi. By the way, my wife is Japanese and she loves sushi (she knows what’s authentic and what’s not). I’ve been to so many of those all-you-can-eat sushi buffet joints where you pay anywhere from $12-20 per person but always end up disappointed. No one would expect to find this place...It’s in a hidden food court surrounded by stores like Gymboree and offices, etc near the Westin hotel in the Princeton Forrestal Village square. While it may be off the beaten path, this place will not disappoint. I’ve been going there for at least 7 years."
