"The sandwich had hardly any meat and was completely bland, lacking any seasoning, and it was served cold. The fries were also cold and as hard as a rock, clearly indicating they were not fresh. I ended up wasting my money and had to order dinner from another restaurant. I spent over $20 on this order and another $26 for my dinner because the entire meal was inedible. I believe I deserve a full refund for this experience."

I visited this restaurant for the first time, and it's a brand new establishment. I ordered the large Margherita pizza. While the staff was friendly and attentive, unfortunately, the pizza was quite disappointing. I'm really sorry to say that.

I ordered the Cheesesteak, and it was terrible. There was no cheese, it was bland, undercooked, and I only received half a sandwich. My co-worker and I order from this place frequently, and the food has always been delicious, usually with a full Cheesesteak including both ends. I'm really disappointed!

Frankly its offensive that these people now charge nearly $5 JUST for extra cheese on a plain pie—weve been steady customers for close to a decade and will no longer be giving the greedy owners our business.
