While this dish is usually served with fusilli, I received conchiglie (think conch shells) instead. Unfortunately, they were a bit undercooked, leaning too much toward the al dente side. Cooking gluten-free pasta requires patience and skill, and while I don’t want to undermine the chef's expertise, gluten-free preparation may present challenges. **Dessert: Red Berry Pavlova** Sweet, berry-infused, custardy, and zesty—this dessert is a delightful explosion of flavors and textures that takes your palate on a magical journey. I’m grateful to my server, who recommended it; she hit the nail on the head. I have to admit, I couldn’t finish it on my own; perhaps a couple of extra mouths would have helped tackle this mountain of deliciousness. **Forewarning:** At Semilla, the tip is included in the final bill, which is a common practice in Europe. Given that the chefs, staff, and owner are French, this method is integrated into their pricing. I don't mind it, but I was initially surprised, as it's not something we're used to in the States. Just a heads-up—unless you want to tip more than the included 20% gratuity, which is perfectly fine! That said, Meryline, my server, worked tirelessly and never missed a beat. **Ambiance:** The music is a bit on the loud side, but the environment is vibrant and inviting, with a clientele that seems to consist mainly of regulars. French is the predominant language, as I noticed nearly every table I passed was engaged in conversation in French. The décor is cozy and minimalist, adding to the welcoming atmosphere."

This is the best place I've been to in Miami Beach! The happy hour is fantastic, the calamari was fresh and delicious, and the red berry pavlova dessert was delightful. Our waiter was incredible, and I highly recommend this restaurant! I could go on and on about how much we enjoyed our visit.

This is hands down the best French restaurant I've ever experienced! Every dish on the menu is absolutely delicious. They also have a fantastic happy hour with great food and drink options. The staff is friendly, attentive, and welcoming. I make it a point to visit this place every time I'm in Miami, and I strongly recommend it to all my friends. It's a must-visit spot when you're in Miami!

I had the pleasure of discovering this great restaurant in Miami. There were eight of us, and everything was excellent—the appetizers, the main courses, and the desserts. We enjoyed it so much that we returned for a second time during our stay. The second time, I tried their crab risotto, and it was the best I’ve ever had in my life, simply a delight. What a fantastic discovery! This restaurant is chef-owned and the chef is always on-site. We’ve dined here several times this winter and spring, and every visit was excellent. The chef was often at the bar or serving tables, making the experience even more personal. My husband has a dairy allergy, and the staff was incredibly accommodating, providing detailed information about the ingredients in each dish. They even offer a dairy-free dessert option—chocolate mousse! Who would have thought? Every dish we tried was simply perfect! I highly recommend this restaurant.
