"The menu allows for customizable sandwiches. We were disappointed that there were no pickles nor condiments other than ketchup, however. Our shakes and burgers were tasty. I got spicy fries which were too covered with dry seasoning to be enjoyable, however. That 's likely a me issue, so someone else might enjoy them that way. From the orders stations we could not see that there was water available for free, so ordered bottles of water that were $4 each, which could have been avoided...just throwing that out there for others.Service was okay, but did not follow the instructions/expectations from the orders stations which was that we should expect a text when our order was ready to pick up from the counter...staff were saying first names aloud which was difficult to hear in the noise and bustle of the restaurant. This would not work for someone who is HOH or deaf. For two burgers, fries, milkshakes and water we spent close to $50, so not an experience I 'm likely to repeat, although some errors on my part."

Cold fries, cheese-less grilled cheese, poor presentation. I wasn’t impressed with anything here and it was my first time. When it comes to burgers of any kind they would be a last resort. Quality and quantity for the price is way off range.

If you gotta choose between shake shack and five guys.... go to five guys! Not very many choices here and a little over priced. I think it's got a great vegan option no I didn't eat it but it sounded good. Ended up getting my kids chicken bites and we ate tacos??‍

Food is great, but the self-serve tablet has the audacity to ask for a tip, and default to 10%, even though I didn't interact with a single employee the entire time I was in the restaurant. Before the owner responds that it is to pay the workers: no, that is what wages are for.Pay your workers better instead of guilting people into tipping.

Who doesn't love a burger from Shake Shack?!? The food was fantastic, and the service was impressively fast given the crowd. Parking can be a challenge on the weekends, and the bathroom could use a little more cleanliness. However, considering how busy they are, they did an outstanding job, so I’m giving them 5 stars. I definitely recommend it! View menu

After attending a conference where the founder spoke about service I was ready to try my first Shake Shack . It was not good. After getting our first text about how they would let us know when our food was ready, we waited and waited. No text came. I finally got up to check l on things and there was our food just sitting on the side of the counter. It was cold and I told the employee and he just shrugged and turned away. I don't think I will eat there again, unless it's just to get a shake.

First let me do the good! The burgers were delicious. The fries were hot spicy very good. I got the avocado bacon cheeseburger with the spicy cheesy fries. Next, the not so good. Service was slow. I understand the concept, but that doesn't mean I like it. The food was pricey the burgers are small. My mango drink wasn't drinkable. MY Fries had hardly any cheese sauce on them. One tiny sauce the nuggets. Someone got a chocolate shake and didn't like it. I'm glad I tried this place will certainly go back, maybe. Next, I'll have to do a double burger.

I encountered several issues during my visit to this restaurant. First, there was no designated shelf for picking up online orders. The staff was completely unhelpful; after being told to wait, I ended up waiting for 20 minutes, only to find that my food had been sitting in a bag behind the counter the entire time. The customer service was disappointing, and the prices were too high for what I received — my food was at room temperature. They didn't offer any apologies or solutions to address the situation. I left with $30 worth of cold, unappetizing food and won't be returning. View menu

This was my first experience with their food, and I was not impressed. While the burger was good, I don’t think it justified the price. The fries tasted like standard frozen crinkle fries. The service was less than welcoming; after checking in at the kiosk, we received a text that our food was ready, and when we went to pick it up, they made us feel as if we had done something wrong. Additionally, what kind of burger joint doesn’t offer pickles? I can skip the mayonnaise, but pickles are my favorite part of a burger. The atmosphere was decent, and the place was clean, but given the price, I’d rather go somewhere else for a burger.

WAY WAY Over priced , service was sub par, employee throwing catsup packets against the wall , bickering with the cook about non work related.b.s. Had to return my burger we waited 10 min for and was the only order at the time. Finally walked up and ask for it only to have to take it back cause the lettuce was to wilted and turn Black..Explains why the fries were only warm not hot. And when I did take it back he told the counter WELL if you had picked it up and not been texting it would have still been green. The door going in and out was filthy with prints and who knows what. Bottom Line The whole experience was deserving of a 1 star...Total waste of $32 and I tip because young workers dese...

"Food quality Service Ambiance Value Menu selection Location/Accessibility Overall experience Date visited: 11/11/2023 During a weekend excursion to the vibrant city of Columbus, I seized the opportunity to indulge my palate in the diverse and rich flavors of Indian cuisine at Aab India Restaurant. Accompanied by my dining companion, KK, our culinary escapade unfolded with the promise of an extraordinary dining experience. Arriving just before noon, we found the exterior of Aab India unassuming, a subtle facade that betrayed little of the culinary marvels concealed within. The challenge of parking, however, proved a minor detour on our quest for gastronomic bliss. Having secured a spot in the Big Lot parking lot down the street, we waited outside, eagerly anticipating the moment when the doors would swing open to reveal the warmth and aromatic allure that awaited us. As the clock struck 12, the portal to this culinary haven opened, and we eagerly sought refuge from the brisk autumn air. A gracious staff member ushered us to a neatly arranged table, allowing my companion to peruse the menu while I immersed myself in the restaurant's ambiance. The interior unfolded with systematic organization—tables optimized for space, a bar counter adorned with a curated collection hinting at a storied history, and at the far end, a buffet counter laden with an enticing array of Indian culinary treasures. The decor, an elegant fusion of warmth and antiquity, transported diners to a bygone era. With its antique-inspired ceiling, floor, and furnishings, Aab India exuded an authenticity that promised an immersive dining experience. The warm color palette and tantalizing aroma further heightened the anticipation, especially as I imagined the ambiance taking on a magical allure as daylight gave way to night. Choosing the all-you-can-eat buffet, we joined a queue that mirrored our eagerness to explore the Indian culinary landscape. Labels adorned each tray, providing glimpses into the myriad dishes that awaited us. My plate became a canvas for a symphony of flavors—a scoop of herbal basmati rice, curry that was a departure from the familiar Chicken Tikka Masala, naan bread, fresh vegetables, and a dessert whose uniqueness intrigued my senses. Returning to our table, the first bites were revelations. The curry, a choreography of spices, danced on my palate, and the naan bread, while exemplary on its own, ascended to sublime heights when dipped in the curry. KK, fully immersed in the experience, relished basmati rice, Chicken Tikka, and an assortment of vegetables with evident delight. In the midst of our culinary reverie, an attentive waitress graced our table, ensuring our glasses remained filled. A managerial or culinary presence, keen on enhancing our experience, paid a gracious visit, adding a personal touch to our culinary journey. Our senses satiated and the ambiance savored, we lingered a while before bidding adieu to the burgeoning crowd. Overwhelmed by the newfound popularity, we settled the bill, generously tipping for the delightful fare and attentive service—a mere $16 per person, a paltry sum for the culinary symphony we had indulged in. Overall, Aab India Restaurant emerges as an unparalleled gem in the culinary scene of Columbus. A haven for those seeking not just a meal but a gastronomic journey, it stands as a testament to the alluring wonders of Indian cuisine. As I departed, the promise echoed—an assurance that whenever Columbus beckons, Aab India will be my chosen sanctuary for an encore of extraordinary flavors and warm hospitality."
