"Came on 02/20/2023 around 3-4pm. The waitress was not nice, was in an “unnecessary” rush to take our order. She took half of our order and then went back inside, cane back to get the rest of it. But the restaurant only had 2 tables occupied. I cannot even imagine her behaviour if all the tables were full. When we asked about her recommendations of a best dessert, she said fried ice cream. The fried ice cream was a disaster! They definitely had used very old oil to fry the batter. And the batter itself was bad. Very tiny scoop of ice cream is only what is edible in that dessert. She brought food before the cocktails and when asked, she said “right, I just did not have time to make the cocktails”. Like seriously? Is it our fault that she does not know the order of what to serve u0026 when? Horrible, mean service that does not even deserve a single star!"

When i went to shogun the food was really good and overall I had a great time watching the chefs cook the food and being close to it, but once I got home I started to feel sick and than threw up minutes later. I personally would not recommend to eat at this placeFood: 2/5

Food ok, portion size for price outrageous... asked for an extra onion soup to go... charged $2.95 for literally a petri dish size portion. I mean I realize prices have gone up but seriously....3 bucks for a ladle of soup is a bit ridiculous. Won't be back... service was good. View menu

Great place for sushi. Sushi was excellent, but I also order Shrimp fried rice. What I got was 6 shrimps on top of white rice mix with soy sauce. There was no fried eggs, no peas, no carrots, no onions just 6 shrimps on top of rice and it cost $13. ? I don't know if this is normal for this business but buyer beware.

While they don't have a specific gluten-free menu, I mentioned my dietary needs to the server when we arrived. She promptly communicated with the cook, who then prepared my meal in front of us. The cook made sure to use gluten-free soy sauce and took extra care to avoid cross-contamination by cooking my dish first. It was an awesome experience!

I have eaten here over 6 years and service and quality has trended down. I believe our last server may have been on drugs. The best experience is at the hibachi table. We sometimes prefer a quieter dinner without the show and the past 2 experiences haven't been great because food just wasn't prepared well and the last service.Still may try again. View menu

Went for a family get together birthday. Sat around a big table all of us had teriyaki chicken. We watched as the chef prepared our meal in front of us. The worked his magic with the grill using oil and some fire lighting up chicken, rice,or noodles, vegetables, shrimp, or your choice of meat. Wonderful to watch the chef as he works his magic into grilling the food. The best is the flavor and the food!

Everyone was friendly, but the food left much to be desired. My fiancé and I ordered entrées, but after just a few bites, we found them to be overcooked and burnt. We couldn't finish our meals and informed our waiter of our decision not to eat them. The only parts we enjoyed were the salad and soup. The restaurant offered to take 50% off the entrées, but considering we hardly touched them due to their quality, we felt this was insufficient. We still had to pay for food we didn't eat, which was disappointing. I do not recommend this place, as the dishes were overwhelmed by burnt edges and flakes, overshadowing any other flavors.
