"Food was good. No refills on drinks, chips. Go pay the bill ask for go boxes. I bring them to my wife . She goes to leave and older lady is accusing her of stealing 2 Lil saucers. She tries to tell her that the man just came through and busted the table. Is this really how yall do your customers.. we have ate there for years . Never again."

"Ordered a Chicken Quesadilla which had nothing but cheese and chicken. Thiught this would have been a lot better with peppers and onions , less cheese and more seasoning.It reminded me of something i would fix my grandchild who eats nothing with flavor.The chips and salsa they give you could have been better as well. It was lacking a smooth consistency, it actually was like crushed tomatoes mixed with water and some seasoning.It had all liquid in the top half with the crushed tomatoes in the bottom.The price was $2 cheaper than a decent Mexican restaurant It was my second time trying this place after having tried it when it first opened and was not pleased with it then either.The floor had napkins, straw papers a rag and a sign on it.It just didnt look clean.I will not be returning to this establishment."

"We were so happy to find a Ruby Tuesday still open in Alex city. After taking care of some business we headed there to enjoy the 2 for $25 special. My wife added a bottomless salad bar and that allowed me to get the coconut shrimp as an appetizer. We waited a good while after we were seated to place our order. The salad bar was good but not as expensive as we remembered. My appetizer finally showed but was over cooked. Our entrees arrived (Bourbon chicken) hot and ready to eat if we could only get some butter for our baked (mine) and her mashed potatoes. By the time our waitress returned she knew she’d messed up everything was cold by then; as much as I love a good baked potato (it looked delicious) eating practically dry wasn’t going to happen. The chicken was excellent. Anyway a small group came by to try and explain how they were so sorry they ignored us for so long. We told them excuses don’t cut it. Paid the bill and left with a hot baked potato with butter and sour cream in a to go container. Too little too late. Don’t think I’ll go back. I looked some other reviews and the theme here seems to be excellent food spoiled by poor inattentive (not rude at all) wait staff. Appears their wait staff is either spread to thin or are inadequately trained."

"Me and my family went there tonight at 930 and they had no coffee no this and no that and then we was walking out to leave because they had nothing because they where closing all the food up when dine in stops at 10pm as we was leaving the cook decides to come out the door and disrespect me and my family while in our car leaving and hollered out at us and said we said something to his waitresses and then cursed us out in a different language and little did he know my wife knew everything he said and the assistant manager (Christina) watch him do everything he did nothing was said to him me and my family will never go back there this was terrible service if there was 0 that's what i would put and there is black mode everywhere in this place and nothing is never done when these employees act out and disrespect customers Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1"

"Went for dinner and tried the T-Bone steak special. Servers were very friendly and the owner also appeared to take an interest. The sides were just ok (fried items were far too salty and green beans were far too soggy). Likewise, the steak was fine (somewhere between ok and good), reasonably tasty but a little on the tough side. My guess is they use USDA Choice meat, not Prime and this quality of meat requires more marination, but that takes time. It's good for the price (only $21 for a steak and two sides) but I'd be willing to pay more for better quality and taste. Parking: Easy parking outside. Lots of spots."
