"Tried Singing Bamboo for my birthday today and it was awful! I ordered the Lemon Chicken with veg fried rice. As you can see from the pic it was a plate full of oil with absolutely NO lemon taste at all. The chicken was so tough I was going to ask for a “steak” knife to cut it. The veggie fried rice was tasteless. I ordered a Mai Tai cocktail which was decent I also ordered the Fried chicken wings as an appetizer which were decent and became my main dish due to the horrible Lemon chicken. Hubby ordered Sweet Sour chicken and it was virtually dry with very little sauce on it. Totally disappointed, now I know why there were only a few tables seated. It’s sad there is no decent Chinese restaurants in the area. Service was ok and they were accommodating, sucks food was so bad!"

I came for dim sum and it did not disappoint!! Everything was made fresh once ordered and was delicious. The soup dumplings were the only sub-par item, but the other dishes more than made up for it.

We ordered takeout and everything was perfect. We tried a variety of dishes; some we absolutely loved, while others were just good. All the food was well-prepared and nicely packaged. I highly recommend this place. As for parking, there’s plenty available.

I ORDERED 2 quarts of house fried rice and 2 orders of chicken wings, I AM VERY DISAPPOINTED! There was barely any rice In both containers, the chicken wings were dry and hard! I CALLED BACK TO INFORM THEM OF MY ISSUES, AND THE MANAGER LAUGHED AT ME! I WILL NEVER EVER RETURN OR REFER THIS RESTAURANT!! TERRIBLE FOOD AND CUSTOMER SERVICE!!

I was asked to place my order again, but I refused. The service was disappointing, and neither Singing Bamboo nor Beyond Menu took any responsibility. I won't be returning. Bathrooms were bad but it’s a Chinese restaurant in south Florida in a very sketchy shopping center so what do you expect ?I’ve yet to find Chinese food anywhere in Palm Beach county that even comes close to what neighborhood joints all over nyc, Philly, and San Fran.

The atmosphere was enjoyable, but we were surprised to find an automatic 18% gratuity added for our party of four. Our server was friendly and engaged well with the kids, but we had to request refills for our water several times. As for the food, it was only average. While the kids liked the Orange Chicken and Pork Dumplings, the other dishes we ordered—including Veg Fried Rice, Veg Lo Mein, Eggplant Hunan, and Vegetarian Dumplings—didn't meet our expectations in terms of flavor and quality.
