"We had heard great things about this restaurant and were eager to try it since it’s just a short drive from our house. During our first visit, we were unsure of what to expect, but the flavors and quality lived up to all the hype. We enjoyed it so much that we decided to go back again within the week. However, knowing what to anticipate made our second visit feel a bit overwhelming. Unfortunately, there were some issues with the food, the biggest disappointment being the ribs, which were so tough that we couldn’t eat them. I’m not sure if we’ll give it a third try; it feels a bit too pricey to risk a hit or miss."

The pulled pork platter was amazing! The fried pickles were light, crispy, and freshly made! The tangy sauce was a winner!

My favorite BBQ place in Denver. The ribs and burnt ends are the best I've had anywhere. Everything tastes fresh and homemade. Even the side dishes are amazingly delicious!Food: 5/5

Had lunch here today about an hour after opening. It was only a 10 minute wait but people came in quickly after that and there was a bit of a wait when we left. The food was fantastic and the sweet tea is very good.Food: 5/5 View menu

My absolute favorite barbecue place, and I've always had an experience every bit as good as the original location in Estes Park. Great selection of beers, epic meats, and the world's best sweet potato fries!Kid-friendliness: The kids' menu has tons of good go-tos for picky eaters as well as a selection of kid-sized meals they couldn't get other places. My kids love the ribs! View menu

Absolutely amazing bbq place. The meat selection was outstanding and so tender and juicy. The staff was delightful and so attentive to everyone. All the sides were good, you can't go wrong with anything. My hubby from Texas said it was delicious. Everything is very clean. I'm very happy with this experience and will return. For a full meals for 2 people was about $60 so a great deal over all.

We first discovered Famous Dave’s BBQ when we happened upon the restaurant in Longmont, CO, just last week. We’re back today, but this time we chose to visit the Famous Dave’s BBQ in Denver, CO, because we just couldn’t get enough! Last week, I had a generous portion of St. Louis ribs, accompanied by the corn law and a side of green beans. Everything was absolutely delicious! Today, we decided to order the Not So Teeny Weeny.

"Love this place! Absolutely zero complaints. Wife surprised me with a stay in Rino for Father’s Day with Colorado Sake being the main reason for the stay. I’m a sake enthusiast at home. Everything we tried was amazing. We spent a couple of hours and did a couple of flights along with some Kanzake(warm sake) and tried 5-6 different izikaya dishes and they were all amazing. We stumbled upon a comedy show that we didn’t even know was happening which was absolutely hilarious. I loved the place so much, I ended up going back in the morning for round 2 and tried the remaining flavors I missed the night before.Met Taylor and she was incredibly attentive and helped us get through the rest of the flavors so we could pick the 6 bottles I wanted to take home as well as recommending some amazing food options. They had ran out of take home bottles and she did everything in her power to figure out a way for me to be able to bring home the bottles we wanted. Thankfully the owner came in with more bottles right before we left. All in all, one of the best Father’s Day trips I’ve had, such good food and the best drinks.I can’t wait to go down there again. Unfortunately I have a feeling I am going to have a hard time drinking the traditional sake I’m used to because this slightly different version is so damn good!Again shoutout to Taylor and the crew for taking the greatest care of us.This place rocks!!!"
