"a large pizza around the clock ordered and brot approx. 5pm for the tour, was told 25 minutes. we came there and paid 20 minutes later in the auto-duration window and were told to pull up and wait until it was released. after 15 minutes waiting, moved back to the drive through the window, as no one was behind us and it became late. another person opened the window and asked who the job was just to tell us that we had not paid for it. After he had told him that we did it and he checked, he took our order, which was in the last 10 minutes. if we hadn't gone back to the window to check our order, we would probably have waited indefinitely, and in addition they were extremely rude and the swaying tasted like a dirty refrigerator."

Great food good service, and all around very very good people they are now closed on Monday thanks to the note I got with food from this location and does not carry coca cola

The veggie pizza was so yummy I got it in square it was the best pizza I’ve had in years and the Greek salad was delicious as well 10 out of 10 the delivery was quick and everything went well thank you will recommend and definitely ordering again my family enjoyed it View menu

I can’t deal with being constantly cut off in mid sentence when I place an order, they don’t treat customers like valued customers, what ever happened to customer service? I ended up hanging up on them , forget it , if you do not have time to shut up and listen, then I don’t have money for your restaurant. So Rude!

one of the best pizzas they find if not the best it is when it all only homemade ingredients is their personal is always friendly and friendly, also the delivery people that I have gone there for years and I will continue to earn my business they hard for them also in the pandemic they stayed open, took the steps necessary and made it happen are real winners over there

Melanie is going to continue make this great pizza place go out of business. They way that she talks to people, and tell them that they are liar's aren't cool. There's too many food places around here, to be treated like my money is ok to be wasted. I dislike gummy pizza and the nerves of her to tell me the sauce made it that way, I asked for extra sauce and there were hardly none. Poor customer service and hygiene!!! View menu

I had never ever ordered my family and I were actually happy to try it out! However, we called and the lady who answered was extremely rude and seemed to be bothered! I was going by the menu online and EVERYTIME I begin to say something she was very rude and sarcastic about my address, about the sandwich I was ordering JUST OVERALL! One customer review may not matter BUT they definitely lost a customer! I do not recommend based off location!

My girlfriend and I normally love Sam's 1 pound of beer batter shrimp without tails, however we got them today and they were the worst shrimp I've ever had, they were not Jumbo, after peeling off the breading we noticed they were tiny salad shrimp and rock hard at that plus the tail's were on, when you pay 30 dollar's a pound for fast food shrimp you should not get garbage like that, if you hard to change shrimp due to supply issues drop the price or take them off the menu temperarily.

"UPDATE: I never heard back from the manager or anyone at all. Since I have to work whenever I'm available, I wasn't able to physically drive back there that week. But why wasn't there a note left for the manager about what happened to follow up on this when they got in? This place was really great when it first opened. Speaking from experience as an F&B Hospitality Consultant, I know for a fact that the little issues often ripple out, making bigger problems, which in turn often lead to that restaurant not succeeding. I did really enjoy this in the past.Original post: Why isn't there at least an assistant manager on duty who can take care of problems when they arise? I ordered one thing and it was wrong. Twice ?. The second one I didn't notice until I was all the way back home. I ordered online through the Google Maps app, tapped on Lefty's, and then hit the order online button. I followed the prompts, made sure NOT TO ADD ANY ONIONS, then added a side of curly fries, paid online with a credit card, and went to pick it up. The price was different than what I had on my screen, and I didn't think it was mine because of that. It turned out to be mine, though. I left, got a little bit down the road, and found no fries, only mozzarella sticks (they make me sick). I turned around, got my fries after a minute, and went home. Only to find mass amounts of onions mixed into the cheese and meat. I tried to dig them out and gave up. I don't know about you, but once you've dug your fingers all through something like this, it's a nope for me. I'm not into finger food that's cold because you had to dig your fingers through it in order to make it correctly. Now, I have to spend more of my time and resources to drive up there and hopefully get this fixed? That's if I have time. Let us hope that the employee I spoke with leaves a note for the manager. Idk what happened in the past so many months, but it's not what it was when it opened."
