"Went in for lunch on a Friday around 11:45. Had initially walked over to The Bird, but the line was way too long for my liking. This place had a much smaller line and it moved fairly quickly. It 's definitely pricier than the bird, with most fried chicken sandwiches in the $11 $14 range. I got the buffalo fried chicken sandwich to go. It came out in about a minute or two. I was super surprised by the speed. The sandwich itself was really good. The piece of chicken was large, and tender. Wish they had some spicy er version of the sandwich though. The buffalo is their spicy option. Definitely a place I 'd go to again for lunch. It 's spacious inside, if you wanna eat there, good food, decent price."

Stay away. All I ordered is a Original with Cheddar and they didn’t add the cheese. Pretty simple order messed up. And it was slow

The food was delicious, but it seemed a bit on the expensive side. The chicken sandwich had very little bacon; I could only see one piece in the picture.

Conveniently located near bus stops, budget-friendly, and featuring friendly service. The food is fresh, and there are plenty of non-egg options available! View menu

The burger was quite dry and lacking in flavor. Fortunately, the salt and fat from the bacon added a little something to the patty. Overall, the rest of the burger was merely average. Given the price of $15, I would recommend finding a better option elsewhere.

I ordered the avocado toast and was alarmed to see the staff preparing food without wearing gloves or hairnets. Given the continual health and food safety concerns related to COVID, this is quite worrisome. I’ll definitely reconsider ordering from here in the future.

I ordered the avocado toast and noticed that the staff were preparing food without wearing gloves or hairnets. Given the ongoing concerns about COVID-19, this raises significant health and food safety issues. I’ll definitely think twice before ordering food from here again. View menu

The food was quite good. I ordered the homemade scramble, which I enjoyed. The restaurant had a nice, upscale diner vibe, but the tables could have used a thorough cleaning. It’s also worth noting that you have to pick up your own food and bus your own tables. Although they made an error with my order, the staff was very friendly and promptly issued a refund for the mistake.

Super crowded during lunch, but the sandwich was tasty! It?s in the heart of Techland, with swarms of 20- and 30-somethings waiting in line between computer marathons. They offer burgers, sammies and salads, all of which are slightly above average price elsewhere, but I guess since the ingredients are I?m assuming organic, farm2table, locally sourced, conserved with minimum fair trade and offering gluten free options ! it?s all worth it!

"Earlier this year Salty 's was featured in one of the top 100 places to eat in the Bay Area in 2022, and after trying it a couple times, it 's easy to see why. Quality and flavor, great customer service, it checks all those boxes. I occasionally visit the 24 hour fitness on Van Ness, and Salty 's happens to be just few short blocks away which makes it perfect when I 'm looking for a post-workout sandwich. And for those that know me, I love me my sandwiches. On my latest visit, I decided to go with the 'Glorious B sandwich, which come with turkey, bacon, avocado, pepper jack, veggies, and garlic mayo. The blend of flavors and high quality of the turkey is no wonder it 's at the very top of the menu list. It 's one of those sandwiches, that you can bring to park and not need a ton of napkins to get through. It was well put together, with the ratio of all the ingredients matching well. Nothing overpowering, just sandwich perfection. The size of the sandwich I thought was the perfect size for my appetite. As I 've gotten older I can 't put down as much food as I used to, and after one-half I knew I could 've stopped eating, be content, saved the rest for later. But of course I ate the whole thing and nothing sounds better than taking a quick power nap right after. I love that their menu has so many different sandwich combinations, so definitely take time to check their menu before calling-in/walking-in to order because it 'll definitely save you some time. On my latest visit, I was in and out in 10 minutes. Definitely towards the top of my list of sandwiches in this part of town!"
