This abrupt and impolite interaction left a negative impression, and I do not plan on returning to this establishment. The shake was good! My fries were cold the chili was kinda watery for the chili cheese fries, but my bigger complaint would be the prices for what quality ya get..

Great food as always fast and every time we get from Panama City fl we say Steak n Shake is where we eat for lunch. Love the establishment of great people and crew

Great prices as long as you don't get drinks. Food is usually good and made to order but the drove thru can be slow so be prepared to sit for atkeast 5 to 15 mins during busy times.

that was great. but the staff was not very organized. they have the command wrong, missing objects. while waiting the same thing happened with several other customers. polite amd fast to fix the errors at least. View menu

This one has the order kiosk i personally like ordering through a person and not a germ kiosk. What little staff interaction we had was nice. Place seemed clean except the floors were really slippery. Our food was cold but we also went late at night.

I stopped at the drive-thru on my trip and ordered food for two people. When we returned to I10/I75, we realized that our entire order was incorrect. We had to wait for about 20 minutes for our order, which was disappointing. The service was not good.

Food was hot, cooked to order, and delicious. Milk shakes were delicious. Service was great and food was prepared very quickly. The owner introduced herself and she was extremely kind and seems dedicated to her business and making sure her customers are satisfied. Highly recommend!!!

Best patty melt ever!! I loved what says a lot b/c I was an In and Out Burger fan, but I would take this patty melt over In and Out (but shhhhhhhhhhhh. The service was great, the restaurant was clean and welcoming. The staff was very friendly and sweet. If you didn't try... if you got one in your area, you'll get your ass, you won't regret it!
