"The dinner meals were satisfactory, but I would recommend skipping breakfast. The coffee was lukewarm and had an odd taste. The meal itself was decent, but nothing to write home about. I sat down and waited 10 minutes before anyone came to take my order, despite the fact that the place wasn't busy at 10 a.m. So, while I would suggest trying the evening meals, I would advise against expecting a good breakfast experience."

Good service. Food was hot. Great prices for happy hour. Hope there maybe will be a few new menu items sometime. Maybe some soups, other chicken choices. View menu

The selection and system for beers was excellent and the food quality all outstanding. There was a long delay cashing out- but the server was aware and apologized for it.

We came in for dinner as both of us were craving burgers happy to find that Thursdays are beer and burger night any burger and a pint for just $15. Burgers were fantastic and the beer selection is very creatively curated… looking forward to another visit!

Have fun in our group of 8. The food was great. Only suggestions I have are: water should be served automatically at the table and don't have to ask for it three times. The 36 levels should be numbered instead of numbering the screens of 3. Otherwise, great time. View menu

Several beers were out and unavailable at the taps. Service was extremely slow, took an hour for dinner to arrive. No crumbbing of table, empty glasses on our table that was not removed to make room for our dinner plates. This can be corrected with training and ensuring that supply meets the customer demand. We were there for close to two hours and never seen a manager insight.

Our server was friendly, but the service was extremely slow. After waiting 20 minutes without being attended to, I had to approach the hostess to ask for a beer card. It took over 30 minutes for our appetizer to arrive, and then another 30 minutes for our main dishes. While the food we ordered was good, I can’t recommend this place unless you have at least two hours to spare for dinner.

"On Wednesday 12/06 I went to Banzai Sushi, I have never received such bad service in my life… Every time I remember my experience, I get angry, the waitress is rude and has a horrible attitude! It's a shame because the food there is wonderful, but the service is so SO BAD that I lost my appetite. When I got there, there was some water spilled on the table, she took my stepfather's DIRTY NAPKIN to clean it and just left it there. When I asked for things she responded with an ignorant, rude tone. My partner doesn't eat any type of animal protein other than shrimp. So we asked if we could replace the salmon with shrimp in a poke, she checked in the kitchen and said everything was fine. When she came back, I placed my order and she was doing something at the other table, but said to continue because she was listening….my partner also talking about swapping salmon for shrimp at the end and the waitress replies “so it's not like that at all what you want, is something different” and simply left leaving us talking to the wall. When our order arrived, my order came out wrong. I called her and she simply replied “BUT ALSO, WITH HER MAKING ALL THIS MESS WITH SALMON AND SHRIMP…”, sorry, but for me that was the end of the bite. It's okay to get the order wrong, I know it happens, but blaming the customer? Every time she passed by our table I saw her making faces and looking at the kitchen. I thought it was a huge lack of respect, we are paying customers. On top of that, it also includes a 15% tip. Normally, if I receive good service, I will give 20%, after all, I work in customer service and value professionals in my field. And if the service was just bad, I wouldn't bother coming here to report it... But it was horrible"
