"This place is really not the same anymore. I asked for scrambled eggs got sunny side, my toast had NO BUTTER. My homefries were NOT IT. The lady forced 3 meals 3 oatmeals and 2 coffes in a bag the coffe was spillin over in the bag. Another lady there was given her bag which had melted on the spot and her items spilled. She told the lady to give her a new bag because she didnt properly secure her HOT food in a brown bag first and she literally went back and forth with her instead of just apologizing and securing her food"

I ordered a cake for pickup at 2 PM, but it wasn’t ready until 3:40 PM, and they never called to inform me of the delay. When I finally received the cake, it looked nothing like what I had ordered. When I called to address my concerns, the woman who answered was rude and unprofessional, denying that they had taken my order. Due to their poor customer service and unprofessional behavior, I will never order a cake from them again.

Mc Bakery and Coffeeshop II offers delicious, well-prepared food with a varied menu. However, the restaurant is currently struggling with staffing, as only two employees handle the entire counter. This can cause long wait times, particularly during busy periods. Unfortunately, I experienced a longer wait than expected and eventually left. To improve customer satisfaction, Mc Bakery and Coffeeshop II truly needs to hire additional staff to enhance their service.
