"The sign on the door of Subrageous says they close at 8 PM, but I've tried to visit for the last three days, arriving at 7:30 PM, only to find the doors locked. When I inquired with a staff member, she told me they were already closed. If your closing time is really 7:30 PM, please update your sign accordingly. I also called this morning to speak with a manager, but the person who answered was rude and seemed uninterested in my reason for calling. It appears that the staff at Subrageous are not very happy in their roles and lack customer service skills. This is disappointing because their menu features quite good food."

Took forever to get my food even after ordering online. Had to wait an additional 10 minutes after the time my order was supposed to be ready. Other than that, the food is pretty good for the price.

Love the night-time crew.Very attentive, skillful, and they keep the store really clean. They always make me and my brother's subs really good despite me usually coming in 30 mins before they close.(Sorry ???? I appreciate them alot. Shoutouts to thecook!

I wish I can give them 0 stars to be honest. I made an online order at 3:56 said it'll be ready at 4:46. Went to pick up my order. my food wasn't even ready They was calling out my name for the online order. The ticket was sitting there the whiletime hasn't been even made!! Wasted a whole hour waiting to come and wait another 15 min. Nobody was attending the front. Allthe the employees were at the back just talking. Never again will I order from this raggedy place.

I ordered the chicken cordon bleu, and it was quite tasty. I recommend asking them to add some salt and pepper to the chicken for an extra kick. My friend had the Italian sub, but I wasn't impressed with the pre-sliced deli meats. On the bright side, the bread was fresh. The brownies were more visually appealing than flavorful. Unfortunately, the onion rings tasted like they were frozen—nothing remarkable about them. On a positive note, I absolutely love their mini cookies! View menu
