"After losing more than we had hoped at the casino, we found ourselves hungry just before midnight. There was a Subway nearby, and their website stated they closed at 12:30 AM. Wanting to confirm their hours, I called them. When they answered, I asked if I had reached Subway. The response was affirmative, but when I inquired if they were still open, the person on the line curtly informed me that they would be closing in two minutes. I thanked him and he abruptly hung up. I found this interaction quite rude, and I won't be returning to this location because of his unkindness."

Worst service for a subway in town. Will constantly argue with you about what you can and can't put on a sandwich. No other location has these issues. Would never recommend.

Terrible. Shaquille didn't know what one of the meats behind the counter was. I asked him what it was and he straight up looked me dead in the face and said idk. Then proceeded to take his sweet time sloppily putting our subs together. 10 out of 10 do not recommend.

Was not very happy with my sandwich. The guy seemed like he didn’t know how to make a sandwich. My sandwich was an absolute mess. Was very hard to eat. Not very happy. First, it's located inside a casino and a hassle to get to if you aren't in the casino to begin with. Second, the employees like to hide in the back where they have no clue if there is a customer who wants a sandwich. After several minutes, I had to knock on the counter and yelled asking if there was anybody working. It was a couple more minutes before she came out front.

Employees were very snotty and rude when we stopped in for our lunch today.I asked for a steak and cheese protein bowl. There is almost no cheese in it and the bowl is very sloppy. I couldn't even open it without getting ranch all over my hands.I asked for a kids size (3in) turkey and they refused to do that as well.They also just had a huge attitude. We definitely won't be back.

I love this place but don?t visit often since it?s not close to me. I don?t get why this would get a bad review. It is just really picky people I would say. The sandwich is really good. The price is good and the subs are pretty filling to me. I prefer this over jersey Mikes or any other normal sub eatery. Definitely recommend this place for the food and service definitely worth it. The staff were quite unfriendly and rude during our lunch visit today. I ordered a steak and cheese protein bowl but found it lacked cheese and was very messy. I had difficulty opening it without getting ranch all over my hands. I also requested a kids' size (3-inch) turkey, but they refused to accommodate me. Overall, the attitude of the employees was unpleasant. We definitely won't be returning.

Tried getting a sub last night. Got in line behind 2 other people ordering. The guy looked at us and in an loud, irritated, and rude demeanor said, Really?! I 'm trying to get stuff done. Then continued to mumble some more under his breath. We just left as we could go elsewhere for food.Should probably get rid of that guy as he clearly doesn 't want to be there anyway. So you can figure out who he is as I didn 't catch a name, he was the only one working (at the casino location in Dubuque) Oct. 1, 2022 at 11:15 pm.
