Not to be dramatic, but I love Charleroi Subway so much that I won’t go to any other Subway. The friendliest staff, consistent with the food, and very clean!

I went to grab a bite to eat, but the restaurant closed 10 minutes early. They lost my business. They need to have fresher food and staff who aren't just standing around.

I will no longer be taking my hard earned money to this establishment, the young man who works there (I believe his name is Tre) was rude and did not complete my order correctly, I tried to give this location another chance from my last dreadful experience but it seems as if they blew it one again. I don't know who the girl was that made my sandwich today but all I have to say is THANK YOU!!! I have been to many subways down the east coast to south Florida and in my humble opinion, I can say I only know of 2 that really puts out fantastic presentations and quality. You guys are one of them. I will NOT think twice about going here. I will continue to do so with my subway crave. Very fresh and well presented. Love it.

I would no longer recommend this subway location. Young female worker is rude and acts like it is an inconvenience to have to wait on a customer or to even acknowledge that there are customers waiting. My order was missing items and one of the 3 subs had onions that was not asked for and enough mayo that if you would squeeze it you could fill up a cup with the extra mayo. Will not be going back. Last few trips there were disappointing.
