"Stopped by this location on my way back from Pensacola. Walked in and not one person came to take my order. Wasn't busy at all. I stood there for a few minutes waiting and looking around. One employee was sitting in the lobby looking at me. Never got up to tell anyone someone is up front or anything. So now I go over to the kiosk order a fountain drink and soon as I pay now a female notice the order on the screen gives me my cup and walk away.. I will not waste my time or money at this location again."

"The service from the women at the restaurant today was terrible and impolite. As soon as I began placing my order, one lady rolled her eyes at me. While I was reading from a list, I was interrupted and asked, "What else?". Every time I mentioned an ingredient, I was met with a response of, "That's it?". I am a regular customer here, but there is no excuse for treating a paying customer poorly. When I asked for the name of the lady serving me, she replied with "Paige", and when I asked why, she shrugged, rolled her eyes, and walked away. I receive better treatment in Jay, Florida."

The Angus Burger I ordered was absolutely delicious—flavorful and perfectly cooked. The service was top-notch; the staff was friendly and efficient, making the whole process seamless. As for the atmosphere, even for takeout, you can tell they pay attention to creating a welcoming vibe. I highly recommend trying the Angus Burger if you get the chance!"

"The food was very bland and tasted as if it came straight from the grocery store freezer section. I have dined at the Pensacola location several times, and this place does not compare at all. There was no flavor in the meat; it was so mushy that I couldn't even tell if it was real meat. Even the salsa lacked flavor and tasted as if it had been watered down multiple times. I would not recommend eating here. I question the high ratings, as they seem to be insincere and not from real customers. Service: Dine-in."

"This place needs SIGNAGE... IT IS A HIDDEN GEM. Cashier server a sweet lady. People are confused as to service as well. YOU ORDER AT COUNTER... PAY.... THEN GO SIT DOWN. THEY BRING YOUR FOOD unless you take to go.Not just sandwiches they have hot meals $11.99 or so... SEAFOOD PORK ROAST BEEF, chicken dinner plates as well as have hand dipped Ice Cream!We had crab cakes and pork fingers. Both were delicious. Green beans and slaw and French fries as sides. Beans are standard canned but slaw was similar to my mom's was good. Crab cakes are delicious. Pork fingers delicious.Had piece of red velvet cake for dessert."
