"Save your money and choose literally any other place instead. My experience at Subway was incredibly disappointing. My order was prepared incorrectly and poorly. I specifically asked for provolone cheese, but there was none on the sandwich at all. I also requested my sandwich to be toasted, which they completely overlooked, leaving it cold. Additionally, when I asked for mayo and mustard, I shouldn't have to specify not to slather on so much that it squirts out everywhere when I try to take a bite. The overwhelming amount overpowered all other flavors to the point of making it nearly inedible until I scraped off about 90% of it, and the excessive moisture made the bread so soggy that it fell apart while I was eating. I understand that Subway is fast food, and I’m not expecting Michelin Star quality, but I don't think it's too much to ask for my meal to be edible. Especially considering how Subway has increased its prices over the past few years."

Parking was easy and there was no wait. The restaurant was very clean. My sandwich was made quickly, and I was in and out in no time. The customer service was about what I expected for a Subway. I’ll definitely return to this location due to its convenience.

Fix your hours. I generally have positive memories of this location from when I lived nearby and that’s why it’s a 3. I am not sure if it has declined since we moved, or if it was a once off, but I took a detour to go there today as it was meant to be open at 8:00AM. I just placed a pickup order through the Subway app and I couldn't be happier! The restaurant is open and maintains a high level of cleanliness. Every surface was sanitized, and both employees were wearing masks. They took the necessary precautions to ensure the food was passed in a hygienic manner. The best Subway in Baltimore! As I've mentioned before, chain restaurants should strive for consistency, but this location truly goes above and beyond. The store is always clean, and the staff is incredibly friendly. They have a great sense of humor that helps create a welcoming atmosphere. Of course, the food is the most crucial aspect, and they definitely deliver on that! They pay attention to details and always get my order right. It's so good that I don't mind walking the extra distance to reach this location instead of one of the three that are closer to me. Enjoy!
