"It is the worst restaurant I have ever visited, extremely dirty, both the bathrooms were disgusting, it made your stomach turn just looking at it, and not to mention both outside and inside the very dirty place, The food was horrible, the tacos were broken, the Lettuce was dark, gave us a horrible stomach ache. "This restaurant used to be a fantastic stop for long journeys. Before Covid, they offered an excellent buffet that attracted many truckers and other customers. However, in August 2023, the buffet was no longer available, and the quality has really declined. The eggs had an unusual taste, and many items on the menu were out of stock. Overall, the food was disappointing, especially considering it was made to order. I was shocked that they would serve such poorly flavored food to paying customers. The service was also slow, as the waitresses seemed more interested in chatting in the back about their dogs and kids than attending to diners."

"I had to wait over ten minutes for some spicy nuggets, and there was no apology for the delay. I also didn’t receive any complimentary food. The wait was unacceptably long, and the staff could have informed me if they were going to offer something for the inconvenience, but I didn’t hear anything. Overall, I was disappointed. Food: 3, Service: 2, Atmosphere: 2."

"I'm an out of town customer from Utah and I was struggling processing my order through the app in the store so I proceeded to the counter where Anna helped me. She provided amazing exceptional service to complete my order. She was amazing for the frontline of the store and I commend her for being so awesome, as someone (me) that has over 2 decades of experience in customer service. Kudos to her! Service: Take out"

"I was passing through town and stopped to get lunch to go at this restaurant. I tried the jalapeño bacon burger and the green chili burger, both of which were delicious. The service was warm and friendly, although my only issue was that the staff were not wearing masks. It was concerning to see someone deliver my meal and lean over my glass without any face covering during a pandemic."
