"What a find! We were a little unsure as we drove up. We are mostly in cities and we’re not sure what to think of this non-busy and older exterior. But we entered and the owner smiled a welcome and said “You want me to cook for you?” We told him we were on our way home to San Diego from Yosemite. He told us funny stories of Yosemite customers he’s had. But mostly, the food was great. The lo mein and rice didn’t look as bright and delicious as Panda Express or other chains but it was better with perfect wok-fired flavor. We had tofu kung pao, shrimp vegetables, salt and pepper fish, and orange chicken and really enjoyed it all. And we have not had anything like this service and deliciousness in forever, not even pre-pandemic prices were this low in any of our cities."

"This Mcdonald's deserves 5 stars, every time we head to SoCal we stop at this Mcdonald's and we have never been disappointed. My review is specifically for the drive thru as we don't normally get out, however the employees are always kind and our food is always fresh! Never dry, often in Fresno the Burgers are dry and the fries are rarely fresh! Normally we get breakfast at this location but we left later in the day so we got lunch and I just had to leave the review to let them know they are doing an awesome job! When you don't have mcdonald's often, and you want it .. you are hopeful the fries will be fresh and there's nothing better when they actually are! Definitely recommend stopping if you are passing through and want a quick bite, the drive thru always moves fast and you will not be disappointed!"

"I visited Subway twice in one week, on Wednesday and Sunday morning, but the store was not open. I checked the hours posted on the door, which said they open at 8:00 am every day. However, on Wednesday, it was already 8:10 am and the store was still closed, which I found to be ridiculous. This was not the first time this had happened – two months ago, the store used to open at 6:00 am, but even then, it would not open until 6:45 am, causing myself and other customers to wait unnecessarily. It would be best for the store to either change their hours or assign a more reliable person for the morning shift to ensure that the store opens on time and customers can receive their food promptly."

"We stopped off because it was close to the highway. After 30 minutes waiting, they called our number, but the food was wrong. Another customer who had been waiting took the order because the menu items were correct, even though the number wasn’t. We watched car after car drive through and get their food while we waited at a dirty table with food and trash on the ground around us. Thought we’d try something new. Definitely the wrong call. Good came after 35 minutes."

"Great couple of guys running the place. I'm on a traveling crew that works up and down the state. I call this place slow fast food because, everything is cut fresh daily and the food is prepared when you order it. Which makes it delightful. The burger was juicy with fresh bread and condiments. The fries were crisp on the outside perfectly cooked in the inside. So if you have time to enjoy the cool breeze on a warm day. Take a seat outside and enjoy. You wont regret it."
