"Took a chance on a long drive and we are not disappointed. We are planning on stopping again on the way back through. The menu is typical Tex Mex. The chips are thin and crispy, great flavor. The hot sauce has a more smoky chipotle flavor than tomato or spice. The cheese dip looks plain but the flavor was great and it came with jalapeños too add to preference. We got the Nachos Sabrosas and the lunch tacos all carbon. The nachos were on individual chips. Beans have a good flavor. But the beef in the Tacos al Carbon was by far the BEST part of our meal. The marinated flavor was delicious and tender. I would put it in the top of any I’ve ever had. So so good!"

"We stopped by for lunch and ordered a variety of food... including smoked brisket, sausages, philly cheesesteaks. and desserts. Sadly, we waited about 20 minutes for our foodwhile other orders were flowing through easily. Brisket and sausages were nice. The BBQ burger was the absolute worst I had ever eaten. The toast was so hard and dry... like crackers, the burger was a small frozen burger... over cooked and tough with no real taste, one small spoon of sauce, etc; the dessert were dry and stale, the cake had fallen and was very dense similar to a fruit cake. Very disappointed."

"The lunch experience was rushed, but the Texas steak fingers made for a good snack later on since there wasn't enough time to eat them during the meal. I also enjoyed a small banana shake and a soda. The service was excellent, with a rating of 5 out of 5. The atmosphere of the restaurant was also top-notch, with a score of 5 out of 5. Overall, it was a great meal for a price of $1–10 per person."

"Honestly I thought that since this is a Mexican restaurant I would really have gotten authentic food. I am Mexican/American and this was the worst food I have tried. The portion was horrible . I got the fajitas for 2 and I got more grilled onions and carrots than fajita. The fajita was really chewy . The beans they have are canned pinto beans. I believe if they really cooked the food from scratch like a home cooked meal then it would come out better than what I got . Maybe the chef and staff could take in consideration this criticism if not then maybe they should have people who are passionate about there real Mexican food . Let me know some feedback on my comment and maybe my mom can go and show you guys real authentic food she is a real Chef and ofcourse has Mexican roots. God bless yall thank you. The service was equally impressive, with attentive and friendly staff who made us feel welcome throughout our meal, also deserving of a perfect 5-star rating. The atmosphere was inviting and pleasant, contributing to an overall enjoyable dining experience, which is why I’ve given it 5 stars as well. If you ever visit, be sure to try the Lemon Meringue Pie; it was absolutely delicious and the perfect way to end the meal. Highly recommended!"
