The portions were generous and enormous. Price are reasonable and service is fast and friendly.

Their hours and yelp is not correct. It said they close at 9:30p drove up there and they're already closed.

The restaurant is located in a small shop but serves delicious food. Parking may be a bit challenging as it is not directly on Santa Clara Street, but you can find parking around the corner. View menu

The food at this restaurant is basic, but delicious and served in generous portions! Despite being a picky eater when it comes to vegetables, I must give credit for perfectly cooking the broccoli.

Amazing food, great service, every time I go it’s so tasty and I feel like I’m paying for a great experience of Hawaiian BBQ. It don’t matter what the occasion is, you have to try this gem hidden in San Jose ASAP.

From multiple experiences, super friendly staff, food is top notch and a heavily slept on spot. Parking can be a bit difficult but its downtown what can you expect. Food comes out quick, workers in the back know what they are doing because its the best Hawaiian food I've had here. View menu

When this place makes everything correctly, it's amazing. However, the quality is quite a coin flip. On the good days the food here is absolutely amazing, definitely a 5 star. On the bad days (which so far seems like a 50/50), they forgot the mac that I paid extra for (twice) and the chicken was super burnt. I would recommend that you check your food before you leave to make sure your order is correct.

was super hungry when i went after a long bad week and i ordered pork and beef combo but they gave me the kalbi and something else. the order was less than half what they usually give, and was completely all bones and pieces of fat. there was no meat. i’m usually stuffed after eating here but this time i’m still starving even though i payed over $20 for the meal. honestly made me cry a bit, i don’t eat out often because it’s so expensive so this place is usually a big treat when i do get it. i really loved it but this was such a day ruiner don’t think i’ll be able to go back.

I was pretty hungry and couldn't leave the house. I thought I'll order Hawaiian. I've never had bad Hawaiian plate lunch so anywhere should be fine.I ordered delivery. I got lots of food (pork and kalbi combo) so I was excited but I noticed the kalbi was pretty charred. For BBQ, it's normal to have bits and pieces of extra caramelization but these pieces were burnt. The meat was on the dried side. I got tons of bones of the kalbi and barely any meat. The pork was not burnt (yay) but the cuts were super fatty pieces.I ordered delivery and I was starving so I didn't bother to complain to the restaurant or the delivery service but this place needs some quality control.
