"We visited this restaurant twice in the past month. The first visit was enjoyable and not too expensive. However, last night we only ordered appetizers and drinks, and with the tip, the total came to $80. The appetizers were not up to par, as some of them seemed to be prepackaged and reheated. The edamame was just steamed green beans, and while my wife enjoyed the spicy miso soup and sunomono, my sushi appetizer was underwhelming. The server's attitude was not the best, and we were surprised by a 20% gratuity added to the bill without our consent. Overall, we were disappointed and will not be returning to this restaurant in the future. Be cautious of the prices and gratuity added to your bill, as we felt we did not receive good value for what we paid."

I ordered a boba milk tea at this restaurant and it was terrible. The boba tasted burnt and the milk tea was too sweet. They didn't specify that it would be so sugary when I ordered. I definitely won't be ordering from here again.

As a regular customer, I am always satisfied with the consistency and service of this restaurant. They always ensure that the food is wrapped beautifully to prevent any spills. The food is delicious, and the atmosphere is quiet and tidy for a pleasant dining experience.

Service has gone down, I called twice to place an order and was hung up on. Walked in to place the order and was told I need to pay first? Before getting my order? I was literally refused service as whatever female they have working here walked away during mid convo. I’ve been to this restaurant at least 30 times and I will literally NEVER be back. View menu

The level of customer service at this restaurant has greatly declined. Improvements need to be made for the benefit of both current and future patrons. Personally, I will not be returning due to my last disappointing experience. It is unfortunate because this used to be one of my favorite sushi restaurants. Customer service is a top priority for me and unfortunately, this establishment is severely lacking in that aspect.

Horrible customer service! I came in to order a bubble tea after my workout they straight up REFUSED to service me bcuz I ordered a tea without ice. I was absolutely shocked; I had to repeat my order a few times bcuz I just couldn't believe that they were not going to make my bubble tea simply bcuz I ordered no ice. They said they couldn't do it, period. I had to laugh walk out. For the record, I get bubble tea multiple times a week from places I ALWAYS order mine with NO ICE with NO ISSUES. Wow... I will never give them my money.
