"Nice little sushi restaurant here at local Portland. Very beautiful outdoor seating area. We came in for dinner and it was pretty busy. They suggested book reservations ahead. I ordered curry pork and miso mushroom soup, and my hubby got a roll. Curry was flavorful but not enough curry to cover the pork. We asked if we can have more curry and they told us it?s going to be extra$5. Miso soup have some mushrooms and tofu inside. They only put the small mushroom head which is good. The roll was ok, they made with good material but the texture was a little lack. Tempura inside was already soften instead of being crispy. Believe or not, the su chef saved the customer service. The actual servicer had alright customer service but the sushi bar chef have excellent excellent customer service. The servicer we had, she does not care how many we can eat for just two people but kept pushing us to order this and that. Overall it?s a nice little store but a lots to improve"

I made a reservation and was seated promptly upon arrival by the friendly and attentive wait staff. The sushi was incredibly delicious, some of the best I have ever had, and the Cherry Blossom sake was exceptional. View menu

My husband and I were craving sushi. Not the best i have had, and maybe over priced. I did find a hair in my soy sauce as i poured it. No complaints on service or friendliness. The squid was good, our waitress was very kind, and attentive. They had abeautiful outdoor seating area with lots of trees. I enjoyed the ambiance.

This restaurant in Portland is one of the best sushi spots I've been to. I will definitely be coming back here again and again. The food is top-notch with a variety of delicious flavors. The teriyaki salmon is outstanding, and the volcano sushi is a must-try with its amazing taste. I can't wait to return and explore more options on the menu.

Been twice so far, and have enjoyed it! Wonderfully fresh sushi, service can get busy during peak hours so it can take a second to get seated. A lot of great seating outside in the summer. The main area of seating can get pretty loud with music and othertables talking during peak hours, but the back room is quiet and has a nice atmosphere. Definitely recommend for sushi while inHillsboro! View menu

Came here on a Friday night and expected a 30-minute wait for a table for 2. The exterior seats are beautiful, but only the sections with more lights in the terrace. We are not rolling people, so tried their ramen salad and tako gurke, and Hokkaido chirashi. They are generally decent, but we have to wait for 40 minutes before we get food. I generally think the quality is good, but our experience seems to be victims among servants.

This restaurant serves delicious sushi at good prices. The staff is friendly and the atmosphere is nice. The music didn't quite match the ambience, but it didn't bother me too much. I especially enjoyed watching the fish being prepared in the open kitchen. The customers all seemed happy and the food exceeded my expectations. I highly recommend trying the volcano and Veggie Sushi. It's definitely worth the 50-minute drive from Portland!
