"I was go with reviews and I LOVE writing them alot. So I received a 1st class service in this store this evening. I ordered the new steak double burrito my Cashier was William M. He never told me his name but I got it from my receipt because I was so curious. Not just him my dearest ALL of them working this evening 3rd of December 2021 need a raise please. They gave me/us a standard service very fast,friendly,calm and team work. I didn’t spend up to 2 minutes but I just felt so comfortable that I had to eat in my car while I observe and make my survey. Thanks to y’all William M and team u all made my evening. I will be coming from time to time cus am infected with y’all service and kindness."

The young man at the window, he may be new, has impeccable customer service. I know that can be hard to uphold in a fast food environment but he was so nice, keep it up.

Always consistent... Take a long lunch tho. And the staff always seems a Lil ticked off and undertrained. Kind of a problem when you go as much as I do for lunch lol but it is what it is. Pretty good overall. View menu

I ordered a dish without tomato, but when I got home, I found extra tomato and a bite taken out of my chalupa. It was disgusting. I didn't even want to go back to have it fixed, who knows what else they might do.

Really wish this wasn't the closest taco bell to my home. It is pretty consistently terrible experience. I've always wondered who managed this location. Service is poor, several menu items are regularly unavailable and the drive thru is very slow.

The restaurant is a master of cutting corners. They close early to leave as soon as possible after closing time, so they discourage late visits by only allowing customers to order soft tacos within an hour of closing. They also require customers to pay for parking to reset the timer, so it's best not to expect quick service if you're in a hurry. View menu

bad customer service I've ever experienced. I ordered my eating over 2 hours and it was never delivered, I called the load to see what the problem was and was removed by a man who answered the phone. he was over unprofessional and rude. they need to work on their customer service, which type of job has people working there that act. very unacceptable and I will go beyond this charging business.

This has to be the most unprofessional Taco Bell team ever. You have people screaming out the drive thru window at customers. 100% bad language behind the counter and whoever the manager is they don’t correct this behavior. No morals and total ignorance. If your team acts this way they don’t support you or represent the company and you will fail as a manager if you allow this behavior to continue.
