"This is truly the best Chile Verde I've ever tasted! The pork was incredibly tender, and the sauce was rich and flavorful, clearly cooked alongside the meat rather than just added at the end like at many places. They also have fantastic salsa and an extensive selection of hot sauces. I absolutely love this restaurant!"

I intended to enjoy some Mexican cuisine, but instead, I was served Japanese food. Considering how close we are to the border, perhaps the owners should take a trip across it to learn how to cook authentic Mexican dishes.
