Taco John's - Menu

This Taco John’s has one of the strangest drive-thru layouts I’ve ever seen. It’s easy to miss as it’s hiding behind a neighboring building then crosses the parking lot lol.

The place is run down and grungy. Dirty cloth on the backs of the booth. Floor was grimy. Sticky floor in the bathroom. Food was greasy overcooked yet not warm. I believe it had been pre cooked and then just fried again when it gets ordered. Not great.

The employee at the drive-thru was dismissive and unhelpful. I waited over 30 minutes for a taco salad that only had three pieces of beef on it, and I was told I had to pay for a side of ranch. This has happened multiple times. I do not recommend this place. 0 stars. View menu

I would give this place one star out of kindness. The service was terrible, and the food was just as bad. I left feeling extremely disappointed after both of my recent visits. The dishes were poorly prepared, and the staff was unfriendly. I definitely wouldn't recommend stopping by.

Last week I waited in the Drive-Thru for over 30 minutes and my order wasn't even right when I called them to try to fix the situation the girl told me I would have to wait for the manager to be to the store because there was nothing she could do. I will not be going here anymore, this use to be my go-to for fast food instead of other places.

I went here with my homie we both ordered a small meal it took us about 25 minutes to actually get our food. After we get our food, it was only about 10 minutes later I had to rush to the bathroom. My buddy said he seen food not sitting on the hot table and that was probably why I guess it hadn't been stored at the right temperature?I would not recommend eating here. View menu

I've been to quite few Taco John's, and this was by far the worst. Messed up my order, when I asked about they said that they made what I ordered. Basically said that I was a liar. Ole's were burnt and way too much seasoning, super burrito looked about half the size of normal. The meat was burnt. Extremely rude staff.The previous owner of this location would have never let this slide. I'll never return to this location. I'll find a Taco Bell instead.

the staff made excuses instead of providing service. sausage and eggs were visible not ON the hot table but rather laying on the food, food safety and customer service were obviously not a concern. this was after waiting 14 minutes in the drive threw to get to the window. if I could give this place 0 stars I would. I generally don't like fast food especially for breakfast so it's sad to see my only choice is no longer an option. I will not be visiting this restaurant any time soon.

I wish I could give this place zero stars. There was a girl working there with extremely long nails who was quite unfriendly. We ordered a #2 combo with a small Pepsi, but they gave me a Starry instead. My husband ordered a #8 with a medium Starry, but instead, we received three soft shell tacos. When we requested Pepsi instead of the Starry, she became very snappy and appeared annoyed that they had to correct the order. Later, when we asked for sauce at the drive-thru, she tossed it into my husband's hand and slammed the window shut. We probably won't be returning. View menu
