"we sat right away, which was great. eating was good (except that my expensive filet mignon was overcooked. I ordered medium rare. it was good. not the delicate deliciousness they expect when they order medium rare filet.) the personal was clearly instructed to bring us in and out of the ass (new year night.) I get that they want to earn money, but it should not be at the expense of the experience of their customers. that reduces their return business and how does it help them? I will never come back or recommend this restaurant. it was literally weird as we rushed through the evening, blatant and rude. there was not the usual “show” they expect from a Hibachi dinner. two seconds of a weak swirl volcano was there. I'm not a child that requires entertainment, but it's all part of the experience we paid over $100 for on nye. the time of ordering on the non-so-subtle “please leave” vibe was less than 20 minutes. within two minutes of the cook rolled his car away, we had a girl asking if we need to box to-go. I only saw her confused thinking of “well, I want a opportunity to eat some of them first if they don’t mind”. the rest of the very short evening was more of it. no great experience. very disappointing."

They were under staffed with chefs. I received my sushi dinner 20 minutes before the chef arrived to cook for the rest of my party. The shrimp tasted weird I got sick on my way home.

We had a wonderful hibachi experience! Even though the restaurant was busy (it was Christmas day) the service and food was excellent. The chef really put on a show for everyone! I can't wait to go back.

We had a reservation, but we waited 45 minutes at the restaurant before the cook even started preparing our meal. Despite reminding them twice about my daughter's birthday, they completely forgot to acknowledge it. After we paid the bill, they also took away the birthday cake without serving it. Overall, it was a disappointing experience.

This is the third time we have dined here for Christmas and unfortunately, it will be our last. They nickel and dimed us. We already had to pay full dinner prices at lunch time, even for the kids but then they also added a $3 up charge for each of us, because we did NOT want mushrooms. So, taking one ingredient away cost us $12!!! The server was terrible too. Couldn’t get the drinks right and made things confusing for the chef. I felt bad that she was working Christmas, but disappointed that she did so poorly.
