"Dined here in the past whenever we are in Spokane. Very hit or miss. This time was a complete miss. Service was so slow and nonexistent. Seated for about 10 minutes before we were even greeted. Took drink orders and starters. Starters came in a reasonable amount of time. No drinks. Finished our starters and drinks arrived. Server didn’t take out food order until for another 10 minutes. Food finally arrived and it’s lukewarm. It’s pasta. It’s not that complicated. It sauce over noodles. Then the kitchen screwed up and one of us didn’t get her food. Granted we were a party of 9 but we made a reservation so they knew it was going to be a busy Saturday night. Overall I was disappointed. Its our last time in Spokane so it’s unlikely I will ever eat overpriced pasta again but be warned"

We were all let down because our pasta dishes had mostly pasta and very little sauce.

We loved our visit to Tavolata. Great service, food and location. We will definitely be back for another date night.

The food is absolutely delicious! We discovered this place by chance and keep returning. However, as someone with an injury, I want to point out that the building is not set up for individuals with disabilities. View menu

The food was exceptional! The pasta was incredible, and we would buy the bread daily if it were possible. The bartender, Ryan, crafted the cocktails perfectly, making our entire experience outstanding! We can't wait to return soon!

We were so excited to go! Service was terrible. The place was quiet and I could barely hear the waiter when he spoke. He could not explain the menu and when asked about the aps, he simply read the menu to us. Food was OK, and very pricey. There are too many other great choices in Spokane. We will not be back.

My wife usually dislikes oysters, but after trying one here, she's excited to have them again. The panna cotta was outstanding! The food was incredible overall. The service was excellent—just the right balance, not too crowded or noisy. It couldn't have been better, though a string quartet would have been a fun touch! We’ll definitely be returning next Valentine's Day. View menu

This must be the 10th date night at Tavolata, couldn’t recommend this place more for a nice night out. The prices are on the spendy side, but totally worth it for homemade pasta (such a big difference than store bought). Highly recommend the broccolini, chickpeas and the salad as all are insanely good with great flavors you wouldn’t think pair well together. For a pasta dish, you can’t go wrong with the Gnocci Romana or the pappardelle ragú chefs kiss

Felt like a cafeteria or mess hall. The server was terrible. Dropped off Luke warm tap water. Wanted to split the salad and pasta dish in two. We’re told NO they don’t do that their. Asked for plates and received saucers. The table was tiny and beside a big group. The dinner came within minutes of the salad and sat on the table for 15 minutes. Had to ask again for bigger plate and the same saucers were brought. Had to ask a third time for dinner plates. The server didn’t come back for 10 minutes… the worst experience I’ve had in Spokane. Avoid this place.
