"This was always one of my favorite restaurants in Carson City. Recently I started working here so of course this is bias, but Teejay and Chuck are some of the nicest owners you will ever meet. All the food is delicious and made to order. It 's a perfect mix of Indonesian and American food. The environment is homey, although it 's in a casino, the smell is mostly of the delicious food as they cook it in front of you."

Lots of options on the menu but the Nasi Goreng (Indonesian fried rice) and the Drunken Noodles are very tasty. TJ and Chuck are super friendly and make you feel right at home.

When was the last time you sat in a restaurant and were cooked for and served by the owners? Go to Tee Jay's and Tee Jay himself will cook for you, along with his partner and enforcer Chuck. Wow! So incredibly good. Try the Drunken Noodles.

Tee Jay's fries are just sooo good. Crispy, salty and HOT! This time, I ordered them as a side with the Chili Size. Chuck's Wagon Chili covers a perfectly cooked beef Patty and topped with a huge handful of shredded cheese and chopped onion. A very heart meal, for sure.

This is a wonderful place inside Cactus Jack's. All the menu items we have tried have been delicious. Tonight it was red curry with chicken and mango and Pad Thai chicken. They did not disappoint. The food is incredible and the service is excellent. Everything is fresh and the staff is very friendly. They also provide great insights into Indonesian cuisine and cooking. It's a cozy spot tucked away in a charming old casino. I will definitely return if I'm in Carson City! It's a perfect stop on the way to Tahoe or on your way back!

I called 30 mins before closing to check if they're still taking orders and so glad they still do! I forgot what we ordered but I think we got the pineapple chicken and the other best seller. Husband picked it up and we ate in the hotel so I wasn't able to check out the place itself. But man, THE FOOD WAS SO SO GOOD!!! We'll definitely go eat inside the cafe when we're around Tahoe again:
